  1. Haha I'm actually headed to Cairns! Sadly won't get it on the plane though! Though you may mean Perth Scotland
  2. Bump! 2 weeks til it sits in my parents garage! I'll even throw in the halfords Universal one to carry tyres!
  3. Still available, will drop price to 160 for any takers.
  4. Guy is unable to pickup on Friday this week so this is still available.
  5. Sale pending this week. Will update when it goes. Cheers
  6. Yeah I'd say quite easily, you'd just need to make a 'bed' for them and just strap them up. The rack sits pretty tight on the body without any shaking so.
  7. Bump, anyone know of anyone who may be interested? Be a shame for this is just get left in my friends garage when I leave the country!
  8. Looking to pass on my Boofsquire Roof rack as I'm sadly parting ways with my 350z! Thing always worked perfectly for getting my bike to the trails, just looking to pass it on to the next worthy owner! Asking for £200 given I paid a bit more than that last year, I'll throw in the Thule bike rack for it too. Collection is from Aldridge, Walsall, or postage at your expense (£10 I'd imagine) Pics below
  9. Should popup and ask to download when you view site on phone
  10. Seems this is much more spread that I thought, after really going across the entire car. this is happening all over. Front wheel arches are showing signs of the spot welds coming away, and even parts where 2 panel joints are too. I'm fearing the worst
  11. Haha its not an actual Nissan shop mind, its a place near Star City near Birmingham called RS Motors. The dealer themselves are pretty spot on to be fair, just hope the warranty person at Nissan is feeling nice...
  12. Exactly what I'm thinking. If they are quoting for a full respray, are they almost suggesting that yes it is the paint that is the issue here? Because then they surely wouldn't be able to back down, as it would be an issue with the entire car? Whole thing has give me a bit of a wobble!
  13. Hey guys, I see a few threads here about people trying to claim through the warranty for the rust / corrosion and just wanting to share what's been going on with mine too! I have a 2004 reg, with just short of 60000 on the clocker. I don't do much miles in it myself just an evening / weekend kind of deal. So noticed some bubbling appearing near the rear arch on one side, and I hadn't really spotted it until I noticed one had burst and upon checking the inside of the arch it seems to be being eaten away from inside on both sides. As the car is covered for the 12 years, and has always been serviced at Nissan through its life, I've been dealing with the warranty department for over 4 weeks now trying to get this sorted, took the car to get photographed by a Nissan approved workshop who the guy actually said it was seems to be from corrosion and not damage. Now i was wondering what was taking so long so got back in touch with the dealer, who's said the body shop have quoted £6000 for the work! Surely this can't be right!? I can only image they are now going to try fight me on this due to such an extortionate price? Any thoughts on this!? Pics attached.
  14. Haha it was a quality game to be fair back in the day! I grabbed the crew on ps4 a few months back and the starting car was a 370!
  15. 98k really!? That's pretty awesome I didnt have much look with my older cars! If I get another 10 out of it I'll be happy so I can put a bit away a month for a change
  16. Pretty sure I've saw a grey 350 down bottom of Barns Lane and a Red matte finished one near Rushall! Always brings a smile to my face
  17. Going off the feedback it looks like there's only one place I'm going to be headed Main concern really is the clutch given its at 59k now, but its absolutely fine right now, not sure if i should wait until I notice some evidence of deterioration. Did a few of the 'tests' but according to them its all fine. I did a little look around on clutch kits, I see alot of people recommending the Exedy Clutch Kit, though I've spotted another kit from LUK which comes with full clutch kit and dual mass fly. If i'm honest i'm not exaclty sure what I should be going for lol!
  18. It does seem a bit far out the way, but if nothing else turns up more local it might just have to be a day out in the car!
  19. Just thought I'd make a post and actually start contributed rather than just reading! Always wanted a Z since my days of playing Need for Speed as a kid... thought growing up in Liverpool the insurance was never going to be kind! I moved down to the Midlands for work and managed to find myself a pretty well conditioned 2004 model, which I've had for just over a year now. Saw a few other 350/70s around the Aldridge area so figured a few might be on here too. Anyway, nice to meet you all!
  20. Hey guys, I'm looking to try find a decent garage to take my 350z to have a few bits done. Likely to be rear shocks and possibly having the clutch chnaged. Would any be able to point me in the right direction of a few guys they would recommend? I've been up to the dealer near Streetly and yeah, that's not gonna happen! Cheers!
  21. Jumping on this! I have an 04 plate which is just reaching 60 on the clock. Everything still feels and drives fine (though the bite may be a little high!?) I'm just outside of Walsall if anyone knows any good mechanics in this area that can get the job done Going by the nature of the thread i'm gonna send a few queries to the dealers on that page!? Many thanks!
