  2. wy have i not seen this dyno before? it doesnt come up in searches. They are the DC sport ones in S/S . Regards Alan good job on the before / after dyno. which brand of manifold was this one? cheers (yea i also use manifold if im on Uk forums, headers in US. but i think Jez is actually accurate )
  3. From changing the stock headers on my 2005 DE I gained the below but this is bang on what I was expecting . + 6 BHP and + 5.5 LB/FT
  4. Update time . I took the car down to Abbey Motorsport to have an MOT and a few other things done . First up was to have some Hardrace adjustable from camber arms fitted . Then another alignment . The front compression arms ( banana arms ) were changed last year but were showing signs of cracking again so some Superpro polyurethane were fitted . Then for the big job . The car is running dual coilovers front and rear ( not the more common front but separate rear shock spring set up ) and the rear strut / top mount is not designed to take the load of the shock and spring so this needed to be strengthened with seem welding and a new plate to link the upper and lower section together and 2 braced plated per side fitted along with a good coat of Waxoyl .

  8. Good Afternoon I have booked to do the ring this year ( again car broke down on the way last year ) and last year we were at the Hotel Am Tiergarten next to the stake house . It was very nice and in a great location and is 330 Euros but are there any better options . We will be going in August the 23 to the 25 . Regards Alan

    It's as soon as I changed the cats to hfc and then to art pipes . This may just be the way the car sounds I will try and get a sound clip .

    Was the same with hfc that I had on so was thinking the miltek may add to this as this is not a true dual system .

    I have the below exhaust set up and it is very good but just a bit rasp on wot at 4000 rpm . It is nice but sounds more angry than exotic at wot . Dc sports 3-1 headers Art pipes ( de cat pipes ) Miltek y pipe Miltek center Miltek rear box I have been reading that a true dual exhaust takes away the rasp ? Is this true and how does this work

  19. What choice is there for the toe adjustment if you don't have 'true coilovers' - and still rely on the spring bucket ? (ignoring £600+ option) As it looks like the adjustable toe arms replace that no ? Think you can still adjust this from the spring bucket camber bolts . I change to a 1 part arm with the lock out bolts for the unused spring bucket . Alan

  21. I can only see the prices going up for them not coming down . 1467 Kg 300BHP 325 LB/FT Will be quicker than a 350Z
  22. Lock out will be better as the adjustable toe bolts can be knocked out of line . Alan
