You passed me near Clydesdale bank I was in black non-Zed car. You definitely saw me or I just imagined...I smiled and you looked at me confused

Sorry to hear that . I had the same problem in one of my cars. I thought that after back wiper removal I haven't sealed the water line..so I did it again. Still had a pond as soon we had rain. I took off rear lights out and change the rubbers /resealed them=no more water, problem solved. I am putting my money on back lights

I went to police station to try pay but they said I can do an Awareness Course? Has anyone else done this? Does it substitute the fine and points? or do you have to pay fine and course?
