    Shocked at peoples reactions

    Only owned my car for just under a month and I of course love her , but I'm shocked at the reaction the car gets

     

    Most days I get people giving nods , thumbs up and asking questions about it , had 2 offers to buy and a couple of old boys chat away to me about cars when filling at the petrol station 😳

     

    My cars a standard blade silver one !! Some of the cars on this forum are stunning I'm more desirable colours , do you get the same reaction from people in your area ?

     

    I'm maybe thinking guys because there isn't many around and that's causing people to react

     

    Just find It funny a 6k ,10 year old car can cause that kind if reaction

    I just use a bit of common sense , when I first start the car up I let it idle while I put on the cd player facia open up the mirrors and put seat belt on etc .... it normally idles for about 2 mins before I set off .... for maybe 10 mins I don't take revs above 3k .... im no expert in the matter but it just feels right , at the end of the day if you own a car you can do what you like , but driving a stone cold car hard wouldn't feel right for me

    Ooops ... Sat in traffic next to one tonight for a few miles and it's a nice looking car ... Driver have me the nod and thumbs up hahah .. Think he was a 350 fan

    The cobra is what's in my car and I love it ... No drone at 60/ 70 on the motor way but nice and loud under power

    It's not tough at all ... The cars being inspected tomorrow and if I'm advised it's needing more work than the smart repair that was quoted I will contact my insurer and ask then to take action and mr x will be handed his money back

     

    On the matter of the extra 80 ...30 seconds before this idiot hit my car it had not a mark on it ! Now it needs repairs leaving me with no car for the time it's in the body shop / and needing to drive around in a damaged car for the next week till it goes in !

     

    I have the right to demand the matter is sorted thru the insurance getting the full bumper done and a hire car ! The guy losses some NCD or a life on his protection

     

    I'm hoping the inspection comes back as all clear and the £120 covers it , I can handle not having the car for a day while the repair gets done

    Spec Differences

    Ive found that the talent involved to drift is way above my driving ability just now , had a little play in a big empty car park at my work in the wet with esp off and it was clear that I would end up in a ditch If I started to thing I was some sort of drift king on the road ...... now it stays on at all times

    Ive only owned my car for 3 weeks and its by far the best car ive owned . Was wondering if there is one thing that you love and hate about the car , for me my love is 3rd gear OMG the pull in 3rd is addictive and prob why im getting 17mpg and the hate is steering wheel , I find it too big and thin ..... I plan on getting this thickened and re trimmed
