  1. Sucks :( this has 50/50 all over it .... Fingers crossed the other driver is a good person and admits liability and fault

  3. Used the mitt yesterday on a friends car ... Worked great left the car nice and smooth before polish and seal ... Think it's on the light side of the clay scale , some of his car had heavy contaminates and it struggled a bit with that .. Still a great product thou

On a serious note do you guys see this being a problem in the future ?

I have no kids and never really need more seats .. But the boot size is perfect

  5. Yeah it reminded me if when I had a little go in my mates focus Rs .. This thing was tuned to over 350 bhp and then I had to jump back in my fiesta ... Never felt disappointment like that in my life haha

  6. Agree I think on a silver car it's tough to get that deep look you can get with a really good natural wax ... The product was given to me by a professional detailer and I've forgotten the name ... I'm sure it was Neilsons ... Sooo easy to use .. Goes over everything trim , plastics lights and paintwork

I think I'm going to get some dodo juice supernatural

  7. About 2 weeks ago I gave my car a good detail , started with a clay using the clay mitt , paint clean , polish then finishing off with a seal using a liquid sealant

I'm so happy with the results water seems to just jump off the car and makes washing the car so much easier

Can't see me going back to the conventional natural wax again

  9. Ok so yesterday I took my friends bmw 325 to give it a detail so I have him my 350 for the day ...

I hated every second :( as soon as I got back into my car I realised just how good a car it is , his bmw is a nice enough car to drive ! Just felt so under powered and lacked feel

Think it's 140 or 170 bhp and silent compared to the cobra exhaust

Has anyone else had this experience after driving another car for a bit

Safe to say this won't be happening again , even thou he's named on my policy I was worried sick about him crashing the car etc

    Here is his car zadu2aru.jpg9yhutage.jpgu5una9e9.jpg

Just a simple wash , clay mitt , polish , and seal .. Full inside done too

Plus point he was over the moon with the results and I got my car back safe :)

  10. You often find that these idiots that act all tough behind the wheel .. Or via text etc and rather " shy " face to face .. Well done for not pulling him out his car at the lights

Anyone doing this to me all I do is slow down to a crawl and really slow them down

  11. I was wondering this also ... To me the car feels really fast and strong .. Would have loved to feel what my car felt like 10 years ago and without the 47000 miles on it

  12. Yeah did feel daft :) ... Wanted to point out that by claying your car with the mitt or the conventional clay bar , your removing whatever protection you have on your car .. I'd always apply a polish or paint cleaner then wax / sealant

I done a small panel at a time then rinse in a clean bucket before refilling the mitt with the soapy solution .. This makes sure your not rubbing contaminates all over the car x x

  13. Was kinda expecting this to be fair

Popped out this morning to halfords to pick up a few detailing bits . And on my return to the car this caught my eye vu6eby8y.jpg

Seems the dip has lifted :( ... If I'm honest I was growing tired of the patchy and textured look and am on the look out for dark rims or plan to get my own powder coated ! So in many ways the plasti dip served it's purpose ... Confirmed I like silver on black

The removal is a pain in the ass !!! Yes parts peel off fine but others need to be rubbed and in areas like the bolt holes are just a nightmare

    Some pics mu2u8u6e.jpgetyte6yd.jpgy6ara5yp.jpg

Another negative of the plasti dip is that it seems to pull off the lacquer :(3e8a2usa.jpgmavugy4u.jpg

Not to bothered due to the alloys getting powder coated y8y5y7um.jpg4u9amyhy.jpg

Best wheel cleaner I've ever used ^^^

    e4ahepyq.jpg

Pulled out the car wash place behind this !!! OMG what a sound ! Looked to be full rally spec and was popping and banging like a beast

To summarise don't waste your time on plasti dip ... Unless it's for small stuff like badges etc

  14. If I ever visit a supermarket like tesco I normally just pull up outside the store ... I have no interest in parking my car near people getting in and out with bags and kids or the odd idiot that leaves a trolley to roll into your car .... Get the disapproving look now and again but I'll take that all day long over dings
