I’m interested, how do I show my car? I haven’t attended a 350 meet before
All cars are on show fella, just turn up 🤗

Looks a striking colour combo, very nice. Nice low scuttle also, bet it drives amazing
-
Couple week to go everyone!!! Numbers looking tidy across all platforms. Gaggle of us going to this straight after also 👌😊

Top stuff, excitement for the Z community

Mine from The Piston Club last night, she was pap'd

Also worth noting coilovers for £500 or £5000, correct setup is key. A correctly set up budget set of suspension will always perform better than a poorly setup top end kit.

Do like the Emira, good move - can't wait to see the pics

Once the market is flooded in Japan there might be. I think itll be a long time to see a car here. At £50-65k its not value for money. Just bragging rights. At 25-30k maybe lol.
At that price point M2, Alpine GT, TTRS, Emira, F Type R, 4 pot GTS Cayman. Many more cars cheaper than that Nismo with a few miles on. Lol....
New 86 with supercharger looks really good. At 1300kg and 350hp crank!
Definitely, I think the Z in 'Nismo' trim has always been a hard sale over what I offers to a GT model. A 400hp auto Z34.5 would provide better value on the used market at least.
Still doesn't add up the list of sports cars you mentioned above which all pass EU emissions plus the Supra and Z4, however the new Z can't 🙆♂️
Had a pull with Scott's from DriveR old boosted GT86 with 340hp, I wasn't impressed.

Wont be surprised if they are available for rent in Japan and US soon. Too much competition at that price of £66k Would love to give one a go. Just a shame how Nissan managed the production release of the car. No point importing a Nismo when an Emira is cheaper used with a couple of miles on. Lol...Nismo being quicker in a straight line. You bet Emira will hold value too.
Would be nice to even see a base model here in the UK in the flesh one day to see how it sits. Do really like the Emira, looks a class bit of kit tbf, would love one.

No mention of the Nismo's big brake kit over the lower models, for shame. Very poor decision to have gone with the Dunlop rubbers, needed to be the Conti SC7, would have transformed the car as the tester wasn't best pleased with them.

I felt like a monkey, pressing random keys on a type writer, but it seems to have worked.
Idle has now dropped from 950rpm to 750rpm. Not sure if that's right but it's better then it was.
Well done fella, all sorted 😁 values all reset to factory spec

It's just means moving the throttle butterfly. Pedal dance for idle speed reset will sort you right out *carried out on warm engine

I would just say having had stock, tein and Apex lowering springs the move to well sorted coilovers if you enjoy hustling the car would transform the drive feel over tired OE dampers.
I've always had the mindset, round a track if Jason Plato could lap quicker than me in my car the power isn't holding me back from going quicker.

Car show looks sweet and Z33 flying the flag proudly for you still 👌 big plans coming up next then

Having not long refurb'd my 18' RAYS and with them fitted for the Anglesey trip, they naturally got proper grimy. Following the successful install to my Varrstoëns, I had the bright idea to again PPF the lips. Never seen anyone do it before.
Measured, cut and installed - barely even tell it was there unless really looking for it. By far the best protection for the part of the wheels that gets most brake dust abuse.
PPF used Suntek Ultra

Mine had a loose negative battery lead as the Kwik Fit battery terminal wasn't quite big enough

Phenomenal day out 😁

I was going to say it looks like the filter was defective and leaking from the seam sadly. I've used K&N oil filters in the past without issue, just one of those things I guess unfortunately. Well done on the hoses, powder coating, upper plenum and valve covers, all looks grand.

Do it yourself, materials cost me circa £60

Anglesey with the club was a blast, personally my favourite drive out and conditions were great considering it was the end of March. Used the wipers for about 4 minutes on the way back across the boarder so can't grumble at that.
Fuelled up ready for the day
Home for a wash, decon and wax ready for Japfest Silverstone the following weekend
Annual oil and filter change. Ally underlay with service hatch, but still take it off to have a nose round and wipe down underneath

Very interesting, goes to show just how small the Z33 is and at a glance you'd say the lotus was the smaller vehicle
