Hi all
Can someone point me towards a forum trader on here for 2 spacers that fit HFCs.
I've seen them on eBay for £7 but would rather help out a trader if anyone has them!

Thanks guys sorry for the late reply been fitting a kitchen.
The new engine supplied to me I've found out was from an auto (I have a manual) so I can't phone Nissan as I have no reg that matches.
I have no chassis number either.
Will I be ok using these part numbers.
Thanks in advance.

Hi all
Please can someone supply me with a crank sensor part number for an automatic gearbox. I can't seem to find a number anywhere

The JDM car usually have 4 wire narrow band sensors and the UK car has 5 wire wideband.
You will require the latter if you have a UK car.
So, if not something stupid, check all you connections and pay particular attention to the crank and cam sensors.
Edit: Did you fit the fly in the correct position to the crank pin.
Thanks mate. I'll check the o2 5 wire is used (I think that is correct)
I thought it could be cam sensor. I'll check that tomorrow. If you think of anything else let me know.
As per my last post: Crank Sensor and Flywheel
And retrace your steps and check all connections.
It was the crank sensor but there's an issue the new JDM engine crank sensor isn't working so they've tried to use my one of the UKDM however it appears to be different. Do you know if there's a difference and if so a part number to purchase the JDM one

Yes
What front O2 Lambda sensors did you use ?
Just read some posts that the JDM front sensors are different as they don't use the post cat sensors for fuel map.
Would this cause no spark though?
Plus I'm using a Ukdm ECU so wouldn't it need the UK sensors?
-
Same as my current. It did come with the others. Should I have used those?
Would that cause a no spark issue and should it bring up codes?
-
Yes, is that an issue? I was told it wouldn't be.

Hi All
I've had the engine installed and its cranking over fine, has good oil pressure, fuel is primed and coming through the pipes BUT no spark from the coils.
Done an ECU reset no fault codes are coming up (as if there was a wire not connected).
Is there a difference between the keys, i've only tried one key and have the other at home but thought they were the same (no master key).
The engine is a 40k'er from a JDM import and matches my year of car 2004.
ECU is the same as it was in the car before, loom is the same.
New ancillary, belts and clutch
Areas it could be,
Clutch sensor isn't registering correctly?
ECU isn't being reset correct? (tried pedal dance and unpluging)
Is there anything i'm missing?
-
oh yeah i thought the space in between my lines to show i was answering the 2 above post then the next post.
Sorry, i can see how it looks now.

I would suggest you will spend more trying to get a rev up to fit (wiring etc) than the £3500k Clark want (although that does seem pricey). I think your on the money with £1500 mark imho, just have to be patient.
I didn't say clark wanted £3500 thats the ones on ebay.
Clark offered me want for £1500 bare engine 60k but I've just promised on another one for £1500 with 43k
