Flywheel chatter, don't worry about it. The gearboxes are pretty noisy on these thing, even more so if you have a lightened flywheel in there.

But is there anyway to stop the noise at all as it is at times annoying? 😄

Forgot to mention only really happens when accelerating quickly and sounds like a rattle clattery noise (hope that makes sense).

Anyone have any idea of what a slight rattle noise could be when revving/accelerating?

Happens only sometimes and it's not loud loud but is slightly annoying at times.

Also (thought I'd mention) Last 6,000 miles these have been done:

- clutch has been changed.

- gear, engine, diff has been changed.

- spark plugs.

- cat back exhaust upgraded

Any ideas or input will be great and much appreciated,

Looks like the brake pipes are broken? But someone might be able to correct me...

I thought this initially, looking at the pics as the pipes look like they've been cut/snapped off? 😄

The standard system runs studs on the Y pipe and rear silencer flange, is it an aftermarket system that you are going to fit?

Also, I know most/all are made of like t304 stainless steel, so what differences are there with all these different y pipes out there ?

Yea I think the hex bolt threading came loose or something upon examining.

Well the guy said he could paint it to cover some of the discolouration, if I was that bothered by it...

is this a good 'safe' idea for time being and then I'll get a new one sometime soon?

I went to view a new zed that I'm considering buying of a private buyer.

But I noticed that the stainless steel exhaust back box has some discolouration.. Is this something to worry about ?

Anyone know what that part is on the top left hand side of the plenum cover ? Haven't seen this in the other 350z's I've viewed.

Wanted to post a quick question as I'm new to this forum and considering buying a 350z. ðŸ˜

I've seen one that has 98000 miles on the clock, is this a lot for zeds and costs 5.5k (53reg, gt uk, 9 service stamps). ... how long do zed engines last (approx)? Anything to look out for in particularly for higher mileage zeds?

There are some issues with it as I went to view it yesterday.

- The passenger side window does not work :/

- previous mot advisories were about both rear anti link bars.

Are these expensive fixes? Anything else to look out for from your experience?
