Resin is the best. if you acid etch to clean dust off then paint you will never have to do it again, mines been down for 30years and still looks good, did my sons 4 years ago and still looks like new, it is as hard as nails after a week.

Tom, had mine on the car now for 3 years, use the car for mainly track days but do use on road, on track i set at 25 clicks on adjusters and find this a good setting, on the road i turn down to 5 clicks and this then is as close to the standard setting i think you will get and its a good ride.

What are the benifits over the plenum spacer ? what sort of bhp would it give ?

Might be up for that as I only track mine and was going to change bushes, what is your time scale?

I run ebc turbo gold for track with no problems and have used the DS 3000 on a evo but got pi**ed of with the squeak/ whistle on normal road so for the Z changed to Cosworth track masters great on track good from cold and no squeal, I personally rate these better than the DS2500 and 3000 pads
