I got mine from Ewen. I think they're about a tenner each.

Not sure what these bits are called but I need them for a front Brembo caliper.
Does any one know where I can get them?

If the boot isn't popping isn't that the springs that need replacing vs the struts? Who does replacement springs? I always have to pop my boot twice
Have you tried the 2 pennies trick? That worked for me when I had to press the boot release button twice.

A big thanks to Adrian for another fast and smooth transaction.
Ordered a new Torqen undertray for my 350z on Wednesday and received it Thursday. Quality product, easy to fit and looks great! Would highly recommend if your OEM undertray is falling apart.
Keep up the good work mate

Genuine Nissan oil and a tube of molyslip helped with mine.

Thought I'd check if anyone had bought one and never fitted to see if I could get a bargain
I didn't realise TORQEN sold them so cheap to be honest. I'll drop Adrian a PM.

Looking for an after market undertray for my 350z as the OEM one has fallen to bits.
Let me know if you have one lying around that you haven't fitted and want to sell etc.
Cheers

I think there was a kind of 'U' shaped bracket that stuck out on each side of mine. I could be wrong though as its a while since I stripped out my boot.

Not sure I can help then mate. With mine it was because I'd removed the seats. If you haven't done any tinkering recently then it maybe that there is actually a fault with the air bag somewhere or something etc.
Maybe worth getting it checked out by a garage just to be sure.

I think its actually after March 06 its higher and was due to the change in emission laws.

I think I used this method when it happened to me after I removed the seats to install new audio:

A big thanks Ewen for another smooth transaction and quick delivery. Always willing to help and a pleasure to do business with.
Keep up the good work

Hi,
I'm trying to source a RevUp engine for a friend.
If any traders or breakers on here have one lying around or know where I can get one, please drop me a PM.
Cheers

I know the gearbox mount is quite easy to do.

Glad you got it sorted mate

Adrian Flux were also the best for me.
For my best quote I first called Sky Insurance and got their quote. Then I called Adrian Flux and told them what Sky had offered and they beat it. Then I called Chris Knotts and told them what Adrian Flux had offered and they beat that quote. I then repeated this process until I had the best quote and cheapest excesses. My initial quote was around £800 and I finished up with it being about £400 (with all mods declared) and all the excesses were literally halved
I hope this helps

You could do it yourself mate if you have a 10mm socket. It was one of the first things I did when I got my Zed. Takes about 10mins.
Guide I used:
http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/50363-recalibrating-the-gear-gate/
I used this vid on youtube as a visual aid:
You dont need to remove the bolt under the car and obviously stop when it comes to removing the gear gate itself.

It may just be the gear gate that needs adjusting if that hasn't already been checked...

Sounds good. I may upgrade my speakers in time as I just used ones I had lying around from my last car.
I had Alpine SPG-17C2 2way 6.5" coaxial speakers in the rear and SPG-17CS 2way 6.5" components in the front. I have a 12" 2500w Alpine Type R sub in the boot.
I used these for the speaker door mounts: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005JZ8CK6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00
My amp is a 5-channel JBL GTO-5EZ which cost about £200 but I cant remember where from. Would have preferred an Alpine 5-channel amp but didn't have £500 lying around at the time.
I used KnuKonceptz 4gauge wiring kit, 5m triple shielded RCA cables and about 15m of 12gauge copper speaker wire. All these from amazon.
I have a Pioneer AVH-x8500bt HU. Cant remember where I got that but was about £400-£500.

I think the insurance is more on imports. I don't think they have all the goodies of a UK GT either.
I'm sure there is a buying guide somewhere on the forum that lists all the advantages and disadvantages. Try giving it a search.

Has anyone tried one of these on the back of the car yet? Just wondered on fitment...
Looks like this according to Shezza:
I gave them a miss as I know this would annoy me as I'm a bit of a perfectionist

No mate. Recently had my discs and pads changed and the mechanic had issues with the front right not holding (i think), so he suggested getting a new one.
