I was on my way to work this morning and got about 2 miles down the road when comming around a mini roundabout i lost all power and the engine cut out. When i tried to restart it it would spring into life and then die instantly again, this happend three times. After a few mins of me check the engine for any obvious to stand out at me (there wasn't lol), I tried to start it again and this time everything ran fine and did for the last mile or so to work. This is the first time the Z has ever missed a beat, does anyone know what it might be or had somthing simular??

sorry if this reply is a bit out of date now. but for the love of god don't use mad motors!! They are total crap. They supplied me some venom side skirts earlier this year (after a very long wait I must say, and with no paper work or invoice), and the quality is the worst I have ever seen. The fibreglass is so thin they are see though, they where designed to be stuck over original skirts not bolt on replacements (they where sold as bolt on replacements) and they didn't even fit over the original skirts, they arrived damaged. the list goes on. They wouldn't except a return or refund, and I have now had my credit card involved for several months to resolve the issues. My advice would be to go with a trader on here, never had a problem at all . But stay well clear of mad motors!

Slammed cars are starting to bore me, it seems nearly every car you see at shows have to be on the floor to get good attention. But that being said I fell in love with Parello's (sorry forgot your real name lol) 370, it was truly stunning.

Good on you for putting a positive outlook on it all . When you hadn't come round for the last few laps and I saw the recovery truck getting ready to go out, I did think the worst and that there was a gravel trap / a wall involved somewhere. Thankfully no other damage done. look forward to see where you go with it next.

I normally go every month but I cant make tonights. Its a good meet but be warned it can get very busy, over 1500 cars turned up last month. Definitely a good meet to go to though with some very interesting stuff turning up

There are a couple of stand passes left I believe but you would have to buy the actual ticket on the gate on the day. Ask sexycrayola about the stand pass if you want one on the thread.

This seems to have all gone a bit quiet. I have just been looking about and I can find it for about the same price direct, so I'm going to buy it from there, Cheers anyway.

I would have to agree with everyone else looks like a cobra resonated system ( I have the same on my zed) and looks like its on decats. As brillomaster said it could be an early cobra system and that's why there are no markings on the back box. your tips may have been changed or over the years metal polish have removed the logo.
