  1. Its with regret that i have to sell my immaculate 2005 Nissan 350z GT manual in Kuro Black

  2. All,

The time has come for me to decide my future with the Z, and its a tough decision to say the least!

I am looking for better performance, I want more. specifically acceleration, not just from standing but once rolling (legal speeds on public road obviously, and some track use).

    Now here are my options...

S/C my Z which I know is expensive but I'll get on to that in a bit, or...

buy a different car, likely to be an impreza (Hawkeye or hatch)

Now to justify why I would boost the Z:

The looks - I can't get enough of the car and how it looks

The car - I love it just wish it was faster

not as mainstream - Scoobs are popular, even my dad has one.

    Now to justify the scoob:

Performance: probably easier to make quicker for less plus Awd

in the family: dad knows all there is to know about imprezas

cost: May work out cheaper than boosting the Z

I know the impreza I'm looking for has a poor engine, I'd buy a forged one or have enough to get it forged after buying, my dad's is forged so I know what's what etc.

Question is what do I do? The impreza would be a weapon, driven my dad's running 350/380 and its insane fun, would the zed with similar/more power be as fun/fast??

    Help guys!

  3. Great cars to own, if you have a little extra cash try and go for a later sub 50,000 car and if your feeling really flash get the HR313 as it has the better engine ;) , pre march 2006 cars cheaper by 1/2 on road tax and

going for around 5K with 60,000 on clock and they are good for 150,000 before things go south if not look after. the cars generally go through a few hands as owners can be a bit fickle with changing markets so don't let this put you off.

The cars are great to own and generally bullet proof but please look out for dodgy cooling fans not running up to speed as these are not mentioned on most advisory checks pages.

Also if I was you try and stay away from the Jap import (FAIRLADY Zs) and get a uk (350z) main reason is insurance can be twice as much and some parts are not easy to come by, also there is no advantage over the Uk spec although a few Z anoraks on the forum may correct me but yes great cars to own however may not feel quite as light on its feet as a integra as the car is more of a all rounder with a huge lump up front and great fun in a straight line if your careful.

No offence, but please ignore everything that was just said right there....

so the person who didnt know what fuel to put in a 350z is giving buying advice? is that why :p

And didn't know if he could leave his car outside  professional right here

so many bitches on this forum, hand bags away ladies
