ahh ok David sounding promising!! so I could use the Zun sport I guess as an external size template and then look at making the grill to existing OEM fitments. Any chance you could draw round it and send me the template please?

so with the Zun sport do you have to cut away the existing grill bars and mounts to fit that?

yeah nice one, I have a CNC laser machine at my disposal so looking at doing a near OEM fitment if possible.

hi folks. quick question!! does anyone have a template for the front grill bumper that they could send to speed up my new project! I am going to manufacture a stainless steel grill with either holes, squares of ovals, not quite decided yet will decide as I draw it. but it would really help if a member had a template so I can make proto types easier then? thanks guys.
