I want to get track wheels eventually (cue anyone with beat up wheels trying to sell pm me) but in mean time they would double as road tyres (I do less than 2k a year)

I am sure this question has been asked before but I cant find an answer;

I want to start using my Zed for the odd track day. I have another track car which I have Federal RSR's on and they are wicked but they do not make them in standard zed size. I am actually struggling to find any in standard zed size (I run 18" RAYS).

has anyone ventured in to using a non standard size?

Im  selling a VW touareg that will tow heavy stuff... it can tow a 747 :-).

went to start my car for the first time since november when i did a Kinetix intake swap and the battery was dead. thought this was pretty standard so charged it up and started the car and left it running to warm up and dry out the interior. went back half hour later and the ecl, tcs and slip lights were all on and the engine would not rev. 

read the code and got P2101 - throttle actuator control motor circuit range.

cleared it and did the throttle reset. 

tried to start it the next day and the battery was dead again!!

charged it up - same error.

any ideas?

Overnight I pop one on the dashboard and one on the rear cross member, and all the glass is clear even if it has been pouring down with rain overnight.

Prior to that I was busy with micro-cloths wiping down the glass with the air-con on before I could get going.

The bags are re-usable, just pop them on a radiator to dry them out.

I have just put a massive passive dehumidifier in but these are a good idea for when they are dead

My zed is parked up for winter and I noticed a lot of condensation on the inside. 

Would a cover stop this and if so, does anyone have one for sale?

I used to run the Federal RSR (amongst others) on my 350 until I recently changed to Yokohama A052's

I think that I may still have a new set of RSR's in stock, so if you decide to go that route then let me know and I will confirm the sizes and work out a deal for you.

I have had both go. Neither I would describe as catastrophic. You will definitely notice though.

For those interested yes the new arms cured the nock. I got them from a local car parts place for 100 quid.

I do now need new tie rods after fighting with them and a crow bar

So my battery died and now my steering controls don’t work... anyone else has this?

It's still up on ramps, need to torque everything back up and will then test and let you know. 

I am going to replace the tie rods too now as they were looking pretty ropey

No I just like shining things.

Trying to fit a new exhaust at the moment and all but two bolts came off straight away. It appears the last two are made of Kryptonite and even superman would not touch them.

ok I have new arms coming, new cones and there goes my money for the z speed under tray :-(
