I've had my roadster since March 1st 2014. I've seen 1 coupe since then.
I drove from the Midlands to London on March 30th - then drove all over London during that day, and drove home to the Midlands later that day. Never saw one 370 and only one 350.
I've had a number of comments when at the petrol pumps or parking in town from people all saying the same thing - "what is it ? I've never seen one before"
So glad I didn't have another Z4 now if only for the rarity value.
ooooh is yours the new shape with revised bumper and funky fairy lights? Pics please?
Glad to say it's not Stan. Not a big fan of the fairy lights

My 370z is still in warranty and I got the main dealer where I purchased the car to do a P3 service as part of the purchase deal.
In the meantime, I have approached my local main dealer for prices on servicing for next time around.
P1 - £199
P2 - £299
P3 - £369
It will be out of warranty when the next service is due so might look for a local indy.
Any recommendations for Wolverhampton area ?

Scour eBay for one for a Micra or Cashcow they are all probably the same. The Micra one fits perfect, ask Darren B.
You'll need to check the dimensions of the draper to make sure it fits.
Just ordered the Draper from Amazon. If it doesn't fit, I can always return it, I have seen one on Ebay that suits the Micra so will bear that in mind if the Draper is no good. Thanks for the tip

A hundred and how bloody much for a scissor jack!!! Get the Draper and be done.
I know !
That's one vote for the Draper then

You've GOT to be kidding !
I have seen a slightly cheaper alternative - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-30488-Tonne-Scissor-Jack/dp/B003ZQK9MA
I only want to keep it in the cut out that is in the boot by the other tools - just in case of emergencies. What do you guys think ?

I emailed the local Nissan dealer today asking for a price for a space saver wheel for the 370. The reply was "Sorry, we do not do a space saver for the 370 but thanks for asking"
-
You can add a spacesaver, jack and handle if you wish - see here:
This looks good !
So, in short I wouldn't need the spacers. I could use a 350 spacesaver on the back - straight swap. If the puncture was on the front, I could temporarily put a rear wheel on the front, and the spacesaver on the back to get me out of trouble (though I'd need two scissor jacks wouldn't I ?)

Number plate LEDs make the car look newer imo
Not sure if you will get away with the side indicators as led or not, I know you can't change the front or rear without a resistor
Hmmm. Yes, I've just read a thread elsewhere on here about resistors being required etc. Way out of my depth with that stuff
-
I thought about that but have found these :- http://www.ebay.co.u...=item3a8ccfdf16
They are amber / orange LEDs.
I must get some photos done of the car and post them up. I'll try and get one from the back with the new number plate bulbs in.
EDIT:
Here are the new bulbs fitted.

Well, I got the bulbs and finally fitted them today. They are 5SMD bulbs and have transformed the rear look of the car. Thanks for the advice above
I'm now thinking along the lines of changing the Z side indicators to LED. Can it be done ?
What bulbs are they and how do the roundels come off ?
Thanks again guys

Picked my 370z GT Roadster up last week - bought from a main dealer.
Looking in the boot, there is a mobility kit (no spare) but there is no scissor jack. The cut out is there for it in the base but it's empty.
I called the dealer only to be told that "they stopped supplying scissor jacks in new cars from 2010 onwards.
Am I being mad in thinking this is untrue ? or is the dealer correct ?
I know these scissor jacks aren't great to be honest, so was thinking of getting a low profile trolley jack. Anyone else use one of these ?
Cheers

Post some pics of you're car Jack
I will - as soon as the rain eases !
Someone call?
The bulb types are very easy to find for the entire car, just use google. But I spent too much time and money buying cheap crap from eBay which is why I sell my bulb kits. Not the cheapest way, but you get what you pay for
Probably sold somewhere around 60 kits and had a total of around 5-6 bulb failures, all of which were promptly replaced. Not too bad when you consider the full kit contains 11 bulbs.
I've ordered a couple of number plate bulbs off Ebay now so will report back on how I get on. If they prove to be a problem, I'll be in touch about a kit cs2000
Cheers guys

The ones i got for the 350z were error free and also suitable for the 370z if that helps
I can't find the seller on Ebay ?
EDIT : Found it. Just looking now
-
Brilliant - Thanks guys
GIXXERUK - Where did you get your bulbs from ?
-
Finally picked up my 370z yesterday. Love it !
Apart from the number plate bulbs on the rear of the car. I want to get rid of that ancient yellow look and replace the bulbs with a couple of error free LED bulbs.
I'm right in thinking they are the 501 w5w type ?
Does anyone know (or has used) a reputable seller where I can get these ?
Thanks in advance

Right, after a long "live" chat wish a You+Nissan rep, this is what I was told :-
"It is NOT available on my 2010 370 - even though it has Connect Premium."
"It IS available on later models with Connect Premium though (2012 onwards)"
Or so the rep says......
I was only interested in being able to send Google POI's to my car - just as I can in my 2010 BMW 5 series. However, it looks like I can't so, oh well, never mind !
I have the User Manual for my car, but it doesn't seem to cover the specific features included with Connect Premium. Does anyone know where I can download a PDF manual that does cover the Connect Premium system (DVD function / Wireless Audio Streaming etc) ?
Thanks for all the advice guys - much appreciated.

Anyone on here subscribe to Nissan Connect ?
I pick my 2010 370GT up on Saturday, but have been trying to find out how much the subscription is for Nissan Connect. Have been on live chat with Nissan, who believe it or not, won't give me a price. They say "Call your local dealer"
I've tried to register for an online account with Nissan Connect, but registration details ask for year build of car and the only options you get are 2012 onwards.....
Any thoughts ?
I only want the service for the Google Maps Send To Feature......
Cheers.

Can't comment about the 370z really, as I only bought mine yesterday !
I did previously own a BMW Z4 though that had runflats and it was as crashy as F*** - Hit a pot hole and it felt like I'd pressed the ejector seat button. I dropped the run flats at the first opportunity (flogged them on the bay) and got a set or Falken FK452's. The result was unbelievable. Totally transformed the ride. Grip was massively improved too especially from cold.
Did exactly the same on my current 5 series. Again - transformed the ride when I switched to convention Hankook tyres.
My new 370Z has runflats fitted at the moment ( I pick the car up next week) but they will also be dropped at the very first opportunity for either a set of Falkens or a set of Hankooks.

Is Funky Tyres a website ? or a member on here ?
I don't need tyres yet but it will be handy to know for when I do
-
Well, I've finally done it.
Took a beautiful Black Rose Roadster for a test drive today and fell in love with it. Picking it up next Saturday. Can't wait !!!
In the meantime, can anyone point me in the right direction to download a PDF manual that covers the "Musicbox" feature ?
I'll post a few photos when I get her back and removed all the dealer swirls from the paintwork
Thanks for all the great advice along the route to ownership guys - much appreciated

Right,
The never ending saga of me getting a 370z is almost a settled. I am now looking to buy.
I have seen a select few that I am very keen on but dealer descriptions can be misleading.
Is there a site that I can for instance - type in the 370z's reg, and I can see the full spec of the car when new ?
I know I can do that with my BMWs...
Many thanks guys. Hopefully, I'll be posting pictures of my new Z VERY soon !
(out of interest, why am I having such difficulty typing into this damn reply box ? Every few keys I press are not registering !!!)

50bhp ? As much as that !!!
So there is actually a "GT Pack" car and a "GT Edition car then..........
Thanks for this ioneabee
