It's just the base that's starting to come away from the stitching.. I have seen that the seat splits in two so you can swap the base part over.. but I'm not to fussed in buying the complete seat if it's in excellent condition. What's the trimmer like? I'll try and find the thread.

Just seeing if anyone would have a drivers side black leather seat in excellent condition for sale. If not not wanting to split I would consider taking both sides. Thanks Ryan

Thanks Stu, I've found the link for that site on another topic somewhere. The loom I have looks identical to the one in the pic.. The only thing I can think of is there might be two different types of looms. 1 for non bose 1 for bose So maybe the previous owner fitted the non bose as I've got a GT. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have the above fitted in my 350.. and have found a few topics about this related headunit on Google, so hopefully someone can help. Everything works fine apart from the steering wheel controls, I've taken the console apart and found a harness with a steering wheel adapter fitted, and it says on it compatible with nissan. Can these be programmed to work with different models? Or does anyone know of a harness that works? I don't mind buying a new one. Thanks in advance

I have read up on a few first time buyers threads and common problems, which have been very handy for infomation so thanks to the people who posted on those. I have been trying the search option but can't find anything on general repair costs, on common problem items. If someone can forward me the link thanks in advance, but if not. For the people about to buy if they come across any of these issues how much money should be deducted of the sale to rectify? Eg tracking un even tyre wear Exhaust Rear drive shafts Knocking noises, banana bars or drop links And anything else I have missed Sorry if this has been covered before, which I'm sure it has

Just out of interest how much is your insurance? I'm surprised you can even get insured!! That's the beauty of being in your latter 20's I checked a quote this week and I'm looking around £400 which I thought was very reasonable.
