I didnt go for a FD in the end Just wanted a car badly so bought myself a very rare civic Type R in Bronze colour (I know 99% are going yo say-how come a black fn2 is rare.... this one is not simple black, on the sun its morr of a dark brown colour ) Yay ^_^

Its uk model...108k on the clock... bodywork is in really nice condition... The more I think about it..the more im unsure :/ guess ill just have to get something else on sunday

I found out that 50/50 is registered as red and orange...as its neither. .... He said hes coming to get it today I only have 1 rx7 on the radar....went to view it nearly 2 weeks ago, and its owned by a little old lady for the past 14years...had rebuild 60k miles ago.. and she wants 5k... I made her a offer of 3k as knowing rotary engines it will need a rebuild sooner than later , and there was some mayo on oil cap (no on coolant cap) think its just condensation from not driving it enough as she shares a brand new focus with her husband now... So if she says yes to 3k..ill get it today..and bite the bullet and do compression test later to see if I need to rebuild or is it fine... otherwise I dont think ill get the rx7 , as when ill get bored of it, it will take months to sell Fn2 wise-I had most of the hondas you can think of, and driven the fn2... my driving style is not so aggressive, and it wont be used on the track, so im fine with understeer... the interior is the thing I love about it...feels so modern, comfy, and never stops impressing with gadgets ( was like :O when I seen the a/c setup on passanger door handle ) Might consider a TT auto supra or a blobeye STi, or e90 330 coupe, or e46 M3 But thanks for all the tips and feed back, really appreciate that

Wish every car was as dodgy as mine )) Next-well there is no answer, there are plenty that I want, but ill go for one that is well priced... currently on the top of the list is a RX7 or a civic type r fn2 maybe integra dc2 -just to feel how it handles, as accord type r was great fun to drive Ill post a pic one I get the new beast..but think its going to be sunday (as I work 7to7)

Vin matches on v5 and the car under the windscreen... Whole engine baybis orange lol and under the carpet in the boot... I think he doesnt want it anymore..... The worst last minute deal cancel I ever had,and a really stupid reason... Thats what he said... I can understand that everything matches up, but I just can't take the chance, so sorry to mess you about!

Hello guys, Had a viewing on my car today... guy was well happy... agreed on a deal.. we are supposed to meet up tomorrow for the final exchange and guess what.. he did the HPi - and the thing that he is worried about the car is red on there... It is RED on V5 logbook too, but when i bought it ,im aware that some shades are classed as different colors (my evolution was a coupe on log book...) What should I do? I dont have a explanation for this, maybe someone could help me out.. Cheers

I changed my mind, went on a little trip to london, and everhone seemed so friendly on a saturday morning, got a flash and a wave from a 370z in white right by my house, and on sunday had a little play around with a nice silver jdm 350 travelling on the M3 by fleet/basingstoke area ) So its getting better )

didint read all of the comments... My impression of the Z is- its a lot better on fuel then i expected I never got less than 35mpg on the motorway (did a trip to santa pod and back yesterday for japshow, cruise control at 74mph, and sometimes a little push to chill the honda boys out ) I do at least 10 miles a day myself, and the tank lasts approx 280 miles in the city only. lowest i had was 21mpg... Engines are great! chain, big V6 , so no worries there as long as you do the oil often. Overal -go for it, no doubts! Im already selling mine as after the 370bhp evolution its lacking a bit of power/seats but as a daily car its amazing! Best of luck mate Will- Ill be in london next weekend for 2 days, drop me a text, come round and I can take you out

Sound wise... I had e36 m3, and 350z at the moment....both had CAI and different exhaust Uncomparable.... 350z makes an amazing burble, sounds nice all the way to 6.5k .... M3 on the other hand is a different beast, sounds normal on lower revs, but once you hit the magic 5.5k rpm ...uhhh... my one used to scream like a girl :DDDD from 5.5k to 7.5 due to dave F induction kit... I had the accord type r for 1 month, I did spark plugs, dizzy cap/rotor+wires,oils... I prefer to change the oil for 50£, and enjoy the car+ new owner will be happier as its recently done usually I do the gearbox/diff and cooling liquids too..

Mate your not my personal advisor.... The car was in sunderland...I was in southampton... it was driven by a pregnant lady, so the husband wanted a 4 door car for her. We both were interested in a deal, so we met up in Nottingham? (170miles one way from me, 150 from him) seen both cars, went for a ride, and had a deal.... I driven the car for a week, an usually I do the oils, so I changed the oil...been driving the car every single day for atleast 10 miles, with no problems at all... Better now? The car is used daily, and it had a oil change when I bought it . Im going 150miles one way to santa pod on Sunday for the JapShow..... so feel free to come and have a look if your there You can never tell how long a car will be fault free, but for me its been a great daily, that can take me where ever I want, without any doubts
