    350z For Sale - 54 reg GT - 70k miles - Ark Titanium Exhaust

    Hey all, 

     

    Putting my Z up for sale as I have a Yaris GR coming in the next few weeks. 

    I have owned 2 Zeds consequetively (first one got hit by a lorry and written off) then I bought this one off another forum member in 2018.

    Its a 2004 (54 Reg) GT with 71K on the clock. It has an dual ARK Titanium exhaust fitted which sounds incredible. 

    It has an MOT until November 2022.

    Its been well cared for - I keep all fluids topped up, only ever fit Michelin Pilot sports and if ever anything needs doing it gets done. 

    Recently there was some rust on the rear kidneys, and I had rear "W" bracing, L&R Hand kidney brackets and brake lines all replaced (Parts from ZmanAlex - Thanks again!), in addition the underside has been coated in rust proofing to prevent (as best as possible) any rusting in the future.

     

    Downsides :

     - There is a dent on the passenger side door, I reversed into a drive and didnt spot a low wall (i know, idiot.) 

    I have had a quote to get the work done, but depending on who it goes to they may prefer to do the work themselves.

     - Few stone chips in the paintwork but nothing you wouldnt expect for a car of its age. 

     

    I'm looking for 8k.

    As Per,

     

    Im up for a drive on Sunday am. (it'll be less interrupted than last time as my EMS has sorted itself out.)

     

    Nick has said he has a decent route organised, so if he can attend we will do that.

     

    Otherwise I'm sure that I can find something on the saturday.

     

     

    If anyone is game, we will meet at Kenilworth Castle at 9.

     

     

    (N.b ) there is a slight possibility that due to immensely lovely sunday weather, that Emma and I could decide to up this sunday morning drive, to a sunday drive.... and head to some sort of beach at 4/5/6am. If this happens, I'll post up here on saturday afternoon....

    Sorry for the late notice of this, but obv it does depend on weather.

    Even if the weather looks brilliant, there is a 10% chance of this plan happening.

    ^ Others would also be welcome if they wanted a beach.

    Im happy with whatever people want to do... The reason I havent suggested driving to Cosford, is because the shortest route takes us on a dull drive through birmingham centre, and the longer route right round the edge of birmingham would take 2 hrs.

     

    First and foremost, I want to drive... thats the purpose of this meet.

     

    So, if people want to do a long drive round the edge of Birmingham, I can have a look into this. But I will not be driving through the centre of birmingham.

     

    I have stuff on in the afternoon, so either way, I dont think i can stay for long past 1.

     

     

    People should feel free to come and meet us in kenilworth castle and drive from there to cosford if they want, no harm in all meeting up together and leaving in two directions.

    Yeah its really good there, I took my Parents for a meal in the "viewing room" / conservatory bit. They loved it. Price isnt bad for the setting either.

     

    The place I have lined up for Sunday is more commercial, but they have a lovely beer garden over the avon... its definitely another lovely place to be! And with this place some people can eat and others can choose not to as its (posher than mcdonalds but) fast food.

    I like what you've done that brillo... i'll get on with planning a route, and then leading the convoy ;p haha.

     

    I think kenilworth and then to stratford, via a nice pub in the cotswolds, might be the plan.

     

    I'll update this thread with a route soon.

    Definitely happening guys.

     

    I dont mind where we go, i'll have a think about some options, if people want to suggest any, feel free.

     

    Jap Show? I haven't been to any of these, so if its cheap, local and people want to go, we could even make the journey to there. However, I wont do this if it is costly, as I do not want to put others off who just like to come down for a little drive around. Additionally, traffic on the way to something like this would mean a dull drive. So a lot of compromise has to happen for this to be our choice.

     

    Options I have just thought of are :

     

    Drive through the cotswolds and have a nice meal somewhere.

    Drive to the nearest beach to Kenilworth, (i think its weston super mare, lol)

    Drive to f1 race day at silverstone? (i think it is on that day)

     

    Possibly my fav Idea :

    Drive from kenilworth to stratford (upon avon) via cotswolds / nice scenic drive. Stop in stratford for a leisurely walk around the summer market, then to a lovely pub I know on the river, where they serve delicious burgers. Drive home.
