Have fun and

Better balanced than a 200sx but that'll make it feel a bit tame- good handling car but fast in a smoother fashion. It you want something as lairy as your 200 buy an 80's 911 and put cheng shin ditchfinders on it for fun

welcome on board

Mobil 1 but don't go for the ESP as no need with the de-cats

Nice suspension loading through the Karussell

Having worries about fuel consumption when owning a Zed is like wondering if the urinal stones are lemon scented or not in a strip club that gives free lap dances
Brilliant

Also Pistonheads usually have a discount code for the Entry tickets- good event

Chester seems to be the 350Z capital of the UK!

Don't treat the 'ring as you might Blyton Park or similar and you'll be fine- I've been going there for over 20 years (well before Clarkson made it famous) and only had one argument with the Armco and that was because I got red mist. Keep calm and you'll be safe.

Smooth the lines out and progressively load the steering- it sounds too easy but it takes Jackie Stewart's skills to do it properly

Cholmondeley always has the most exotica per square inch this side of Goodwood FOS

Good track with stunning views- and a nice drive to get there with plenty of twisty options if you get off the A55- watch out for North Wales finest

Nice black drop top- very shiny cruising in Warrington heading towards J11 of the M62 last week

Totally different choice but both brilliant in their own way

You won't regret it

Own a 2004 Z and had no problems whatsoever- in fact it's better and more reliable than my supposed quality German daily work horse

welcome- nice Z

Welcome to the world of fun

mpg is OK but the DTE is ridiculously conservative

The three plug trick intrigues me- I've changed my front brake set up and i'm finding that the ESP and ABS are causing gaps in the control when i'm pushing my Z. I've turned the ESP off and enjoy the extra few % of real world grip but still had an issue on the potholes into a hard left hander when it felt like the brakes failed for a brief moment with lots of whirring so it still seemed that the E brain was over riding my right foot. How does the three plug trick work and what does it affect??

......or maybe a Ford thing, a mate's mk1 Capri returned 2 minutes after he'd left with the lights permanently on. When we opened the bonnet to investigate whoooof! the Engine bay lit up like the 5th Nov.I've always carried a fire extinguisher in the car . Well ever since my mk3 cortina shorted out behind the dash and started an electrical fire when I was 17.
Must be a cortina thing, my mates mk5 did exactly the same thing when I was in the passenger seat. Bit off putting suddenly smelling plastic melting.

Miura SV- that really is a shame but amazing how it didn't want to be put out. A small car fire extinguisher wouldn't be up to much if a full sized fire tender struggled as much as it did

Doing a first visit to Blyton Park on Sunday in the Z. Trying the upgraded disks and ds2500 pads. Has anyone been around here recently? I've looked at all the YT vids to learn the basic lines but was wondering if anyone had Z time here.

Done Spa on my 2 wheels rather than the Z- the weather is always a problem but at least you were dry in the Scooby! Eau Rouge on a bike is scary as the change in angle is unsettling but you seemed to be getting a good run through there which is never easy . Jealous- need to combine a Spa and Ring trip this year- they're only an hour apart.
