4 stud

Unfortunalty not. But don't fit anyway as I'm a right plonker lol
Right well them wheels are back up for sale. But may aswell have a picture anyway. Least then you'll know what I was going for lol
And then a tiny update,
Changed both sidelights and dipped. Pictures aren't the best. Sidelights by themselves are very bright. Chuffed with them. And dipped beam I upgraded to 6000k HID. Over the standard 4300k.
4300k
6000k
Also me and my mate Steve set about de wipering whilst we was at it. Replaced both the washer jet nozzle and obviously the wiper with rubber bungs sprayed gloss black.
Before (Steve insisted on Posing like a teapot)
And after. Much cleaner
And to finish off another one of the Man Den
Roof wrap next. Vinyl has arrived and as soon as my wheels sell, another set shall be purchased

looks really good mate, hoping to gloss black my roof soon! bet your happy!

Can't be of any assistance, but interested to see if you get this feature working. Hoping to get this HU myself
-
Looks really good mate! I'm actually looking to get myself a set of the same wheels soon!
What are the specs on yours? 8j up at the front I take it?
-
Interesting thread. Your Friends sound like arses. I must say I don't think I've really got negative/jealous comments (bar the odd walkaround with people pointing things out telling me what a bomb each thing would be to replace) not to say I don't get said negativity out of earshot haha
Although i do seem tl have the same conversatiok witj literallt everyone asking how I could afford it and what's the insurence on that. I think the zed just looks more special that the money you can pick them up for now. So much car for your money.

Done this yesterday, great guide cheers! had a bit of trouble pulling out the nozzle, just found that if you keep it the same way its pointing and not twist it, you'll be ok as the hole is shaped so it needs to be lined up if that makes sense.
-
Your right. I shall sell them, may take tyres off and keeps them for now though cheers again for swaying me in the right direction!
-
Ha ok that's worth knowing cheers. I may splt tyres and wheels. However I have currently put the lot back up for sale, as I agree that is probably best. Seems such a waste though!
Still ruling out pcd adaptors in my head though. With 9.5j front et30, plus and a 15mm spacer/adaptor, I calculate this to stick out 34mm further than stock? I take it this it too far with 245 tyres? Cheers again guys
-
245/40/18
Don't mind dropping a profile allround, but don't think I could get away with 245 on the fronts? So can't even do that? It's gone wrong on so many levels lol
-
Thanks for the replies guys. Think your right and I shall have to just try and sell them again
All fitted in nicely as I needed new tyres allround and these had nearly new mpss too :'( live and learn!
-
Okay so I am a complete **** basically lol. Just went to fit my new wheels, only realising they 4 stud.... Man am I displeased with myself lol
So just weighing up options, getting them redrilled? Or pcd adaptors? However I have a concern with the adaptors on the front as I believe them to be 15mm spacers also? And am worried about too much poke? Wheels are 9.5j et30, Brembo calipers.
Cheers for any help guys I'm a nob I know lol

A hint of what's to come

Carbon wrap is this eBay item number 190764831163
Very cheap, and I love how it looks, best carbon wrap Iv personally seen. It also has the bubble free air release system. Havent seen any data sheets or anything like that for it so cant garantee on quality, but I have no signs of any problems, and a mate of mine has since been running this on the exterior, and that too seems to be holding up fine!
-
Another one here who can vouch for autosol. Amazing stuff.
-
Cheers
For the bracket here is the ebay item number 230951961582
Word of warning, its designed for an american plate and also designed to go under the bumper lip, so to get it where mine where it is took a little more fiddling around. But perfectly do-able if you have some tools etc
and I payed £230 for my bumper to be sprayed and fitted, and badge recess smoothed, although they havnt done the best job if im honest and needs to go back.
-
Due to having my V2 fitted, just have this knocking around in the garage. Came off my 54 plate. Good condition, but has the usual associated stone chips.
Asking for £100 collected from Chelmsford, Essex
And a close up of imperfections
-
Bit of a long shot, but i need 3 new tyres as it is, so if the right deal comes up at a 'quick buy me now price' could be worth getting some wheels whilst im at it. After rota GTR's or Grids ideally, So anyone thinking of selling up soon at a good price, give me a shout
cheers
-
I thought that was actually really quite good, i like all the 'car life' videos, and like you say well produced too!
-
I'm in a similar position as the op and am too interested to know.
Benjy88 would 19x10.75j +35 clear the calipers? As I'm finding as I'm looking for wheels myself I'm finding a lot of offsets on wider wheels that won't clear the brembos?
Sorry for a bit of a hijack here, but would I be right in thinking 9.5j et30 on the fronts wouldn't be advisable, as I make that to be 19mm less inner clearance? I think leaving about 1mm between wheel and caliper?
