Personally would always recommend the thermostatic option for a road car. Your are right in saying it opens at a certain temperature (even when 'closed' it still allows a trickle feed through to stop thermal shock)
Without the thermostat, your car may run colder than it should, with the UK weather and casual road driving. A thermostat in basic terms helps regulate the temperatures keeping them in the optimal range, as opposed to the 'always on' option of a non thermostatic. (an application suited to track cars that are always on the limit)

Ohhhhh. What are the prices and options available for the oil coolers? Im going to be buying one sooner or later.
On the site here: http://themodifiednetwork.co.uk/shop/69-cooling?p=2
But currently the prices are at an introductory offer of £305 for the non thermostatic and £345 for the thermostatic option. Both available in black or silver

^I think they did!
Last time we were there (since the Z meet) there were a large group of cars and no complaints from the security. I should imagine, the anti social behavior attracts them, as with anywhere.
Referencing the two locations, there is a 20 min drive between them, so I went with the assumption this is do able for everyone.
As the vote system up top hasn't been inundated so far, and the primary idea was a meal, not photos and Niel did suggest the meet, and the halfway house, and just to give some direction to everyone plans. If most of us are ok with this, I think we should pencil in the halfway house as the location. With it being subject to change lets say 2 days before the meet due to weather, of which we will then opt for the undercover option of bluewater We will do the other location, next time
How does this sound to everyone?

Here I have for sale my old Rota Grid Drift in Matt Bronze.
Size:
19" 9.5j et20 with 2 Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres with good tread (one has slight damage to rim protector asin a below pic)
10.5j et20 no tyres (will need 275/35/19 if using the fronts)
Had these a few years on my 350z, then a little while on the 370.
In my ownership I kept them in perfect condition. However when the 370 had to be recovered, the tow straps from the recovery vehicle did a bit of damage. this affected 2 wheels and a tyre.
And individual wheel pics:
and the tread (sorry didnt have my depth gunge to hand)
Looking for £750 collected from Chelmsford, Essex
Thanks for looking

Right guys, so speaking to Dunks the other day, we agreed it would be good to have a little meet up. Get some food, and a general chill around the cars etc.
Niel suggested The Halfway House on Arterial road as a good location. Friendly with car meets, and providing decent pub food, possibly overlooking the cars too
Alternatively I suggested Bluewater as another option. Obviously we can't overlook the cars during a meal, but well light, spacious car parking thats all under cover was an appeal.
Neither of us are fussed with where, so thought we'd let everyone else choose.
