What size tyres do you have on the 370 Rays? OEM 370 size?
Im assuming they are standard as they are Bridgestone Potenza's
Front: 255 / 40 / 19
Rear: 275 / 35 / 19
Again thanks for the advice on spacers, they sit perfectly with 20mm on the front

Pictures on page 1 don't work mate
Cheers, I'll sort it tomorrow. Probably because I moved my photos around on photobucket lol.
-
Them wheels look alot better then I expected. Awesome choice! Lightweight too.
Thanks,
There is so much i want to do but so hard sticking to a budget
-
Few more snaps, Cars dirty and its raining but im very please with the look and the direction the car is going in
Bad photo's i know but im no photographer

Fair point, forgot the black edition came with red brembos. I was thinking with the red lights and against gunmetal, red calipers would look good
What else you got planned then
Iv thought about calliper colours and the only 2 i think i would go for would be yellow or red and im too lazy to keep cleaning yellow so eventually i will spray them red It's my daily driver though so cant have it off the road while i send them away etc
Other stuff will just be the usual, Plenum spacer,Exhaust, Remap etc. Think i may go for HSD DT Coilovers when i get the money though. Was going to go for springs but the adjustment advantages of coilovers are starting to sway me. Always wanted Bride seats aswell so may splash out on them in the future too when funds allow it
They look great
Green is always a good colour goes with black as well - not that I have thing for green - well maybe a little
Cheers, I do have a can of Lime green E-tech heat proof paint laying around somewhere from on of my old builds. I'll try and find you a pick as you love greeh so much

Nice mate they suit it well
Red calipers could really set them off
Red would look good but I Dont want to straight up copy the Black Edition, kinda want to go in my own direction I think.
Will get some more photos on when I'm on my laptop, still using phone.
Thanks for all the comments =]

Pretty busy atm and photos on iPhone, will get better ones on later.

Wow that's one serious motor you've got there Keyser!
@LRF4N - I think a few people have, not seen many photos though. If iv got the spacing right and once its lowered im hoping it will look spot on.
Couldn't wait till Wednesday to get her on the ramps so im going in Saturday when the garage is closed to get some work done I seriously need to get a house with a drive/garage...

JT350GT4 has a second hand JWT Pop Charger going cheap. Drop him a Pm.

Jake, many thanks for your order, your brake pads will be leaving tomorrow...
Looking forward to seeing the build progress...
Thanks for the update, Iv bookmarked you site so may be back for some for stuff when money permits. Think it will be Springs, Exhaust or Engine dress next. Just cant decide

I'll start with an introduction. Im Jake, based in South East Kent, just turned 21 and this is my first Jap car
So, I picked up the Zed about a month ago. Took it straight to my local dealer for a service and health check, with the book all stamped up and the problems they found/imagined sorted by myself I'm ready to start modifying.
Progress isn't going to be too fast as missus is making me save for a deposit on a house...So depending on funds, living situation and how much overtime I can pick up all future mods should be completed.
The car is a standard 54 plate GT in black with 43k on the clock with what I think is a retrofitted SatNav and pretty poor attempt at fitting an aux lead.
First day:
As it stands: (28/09/13)
370z Black Edition Alloys:
Iv just ordered some Ebc yellow stuff brake pads and got some ramp time over my uncles garage next week, so the wheels and spacers will be going on the same time as I do the pads. I will also be doing the Altenator and A/C belts while im over there.
So Far:
Fit wheels and spacers - Done
Fit belts - Done
Weld up exhaust - Done
Fit Ebc pads - Done
Change spark plugs - Done
Change oil+filters - Done
Machine buff entire car
HSD DT Coilovers
Eibach camber arms
MPSS
OMP Corsica steering wheel
Cobra Non-Res exhasut
Future Mods:
Plenum spacer
HFC's/Decat
Remap
Coloured wheel nuts(Ordered)
Window tints
Touch screen double din
Bucket seats
If you have any comments or questions let me know as I'm new the the Jap scene and still finding me feet
Thanks
Jake
Edit: I'll get some more photos up as soon as iv fitted the alloys =]

If it's a roadster the price seems to go up drastically as well
Coupe is insurance group 37 & Roadster is insurance group 46.
I couldn't get insured on a roadster because Admiral only insure drivers under 21 upto insurance group 37 =]
-
Im getting a Road angel Gem off the other half next week, I'll let you know if its any good
-
'54' plate, 20yo, 3yrs NCB, 3 points - CU30 defective tyre £1100 with admiral. Girlfriend and dad as named drivers.
-
If nobody will swap 20mm for 25mm are you willing to sell your 20mm ones to me =]
If not no worries, i will just buy new
Thanks
Jake
