  1. If I bought a car from them, non specific on the car. Less than that to buy outright but they did sell the car to me in the first place at a hell of a lot more than 8k.

Like you say, they have to make a living, happy to buy it back though. Just wondering if I should try to sell privately first hence question, it's a lovely car just circumstances have changed and no budget left for a toy anymore sadly.

At least it's a good time to sell one!

  2. Ok, cheers, probably been deleted but here goes.

2007 07 reg, roadster in grey metallic and full gt spec with sat nav. Facelift but not the las test 350 model if that makes sense, has bi xenons, led rear lights, updated interior. Roof is excellent, no tears or any issues at all.

35000 miles with full nissan service history, last serviced Jan 2014. All tyres excellent, bodywork excellent. 2 keys etc, old receipts and

Mot.s. Hpi clear. Everything works, MOT Nov.

Fantastic car and only use a third car. Only selling as need a daily runner now due to demise of our estate, need more seats and better mpg.

  3. I realise there is a section on here for sale and also what it's worth but I don't have 100 posts behind me, have been a member for a few years though.

Need some help on pricing as I am having to sell my roadster and prices seem to be all over the place, been offered a ridiculous amount by the supplying dealer so looking for an idea.

Where can I post on here please for some unbiased ideas?

    Thanks.

  4. That would explain it, bit too noisy for me but the car is spot on so not too disappointed.

Is it worth anything if I decide to go for something like a militek or cobra and try to sell it? I am more for the standard look and noise really.

  5. Took her out today, loving it.

Can anyone tell me what the exhaust is please? Got no obvious markings on it but is quite loud even with baffles in. Have yet to decide about keeping it?

Hope the pics come out, useless at posting thingspost-17599-0-02693600-1397392252_thumb.jpg

  6. Welcome to the forum, loads of great info and help on here.

Live your new zed, very nice looking car.

I am in Fareham too, just taken possession of my third Zed in 2 years, these cars are addictive! Mine is a 2007 roadster in grey no doubt we will see each other around. The big grins will give it away!

  7. Thanks for the replies, my first real thread starter, nice to see so many contributions and pics!

What makes them so addictive then, spec, performance, looks? The fact that you get so much car for the money makes me buy another one time, especially having driven some of the competition like the Porsche Boxter, Merc slk etc.

    GTR next, maybe........one day...........

  8. Three - in 2004 (gunmetal 53 plate), in 2006 (black 56 plate) and my lovely silver '10 plate 370z in 2011. I must say the 370z is light years ahead of the 350's in terms of creature comforts and it's significantly more powerful from stock than my either my 276bhp or my 296bhp 350's were. Fingers crossed that there is a 4-pot turbo Z replacement just around the corner - then it will be four.

    ...and a big part of me would love a 240z, 280 z or 300zx.

Pics of the 370 please. So wanted one of these but the write ups were mixed. Makes sense that they should be a better car as Nissan always go the extra mile. Think they are all great cars in their own way though.

    As you asked so nicely...

  10. Ok guys, in under 2 years I have just taken possession of my third Zed GT, these cars are addictive.

First one was a 2005 gt in blade silver with 38k miles on, had to sell it to buy a daily runner......sad.

Second was another GT, 2003 in grey metallic with 52k miles, drove even better than the newer one before. Sold it last month to buy.........

2007 roadster in grey met, GT with 35k. Just taxed it and ready for some fun.

In between first and second gt I bought a Hondaa S2000, marmite cars I know but I hated it. All plastic and screaming engine, hence went back to a zed.

How many Zeds have you owned and what is so addictive about these cars that has such a following?

  11. You won't regret the roadster for 1 second, stick a nice exhaust on and just smile from ear to ear

Funny you should say that as it has some sports exhaust on it, can't find out what it is though but it sounds good!

Pics of that too, tomorrow hopefully.

    Cheers guys.

  12. Hi all, have been a member on here for a while, more watching than contributing, but loving the forum.

Just bought my 3rd Zed, a roadster this time, 2007 with 35k miles and immaculate. Have to wait till Tuesday when I can tax it, them she will be home at last.

Loving these cars, what a lot of motor for the money and such fun. The tax bracket is high for my latest one but small sacrifice for such grin factor.

Will out some pics up next week.

  13. Hi all,

Been on here for a while, more reading than contributing but loving the forum!

Now on my 3rd Zed and gone for a roadster this time round. Getting it home on Tuesday when I can tax it, can't wait. Love these cars soooo much, although the higher tax bracket is painful, lot of car for the money though.

Will put some pics up when she is home.
