Both have the Orange interior so if this doesn't float your boat then i am sorry!
I hated the orange interior in pictures and only went to look at mine with it in because it was the best car in my price range, but i love it in person, pictures dont do the orange interior justice!
anyway not to hijack the thread, good luck finding your Z mate, and as everybody else has already said, its worth traveling a bit further

How hard is it to remove the door handles? i'm going to paint my black in the coming weeks, i just dont want to take them apart and realise there's a million pieces in there, and i fudged everything up.
Easy! Just dont drop the nuts into the door, and before u remove the drivers door handle completely look at how the door lock mechanism fits in for when u put it back together
Cheers mate, did a quick search and couldnt find a guide, so just had a quick look around and found one anyway, thanks again
Guide if anybody else needs it:

This whole thread is amazing, well done, is cool to see some truly one off custom mods!

welcome bud, you should find what your looking for relativley easy with that budget!

You are all going to hate me, but this car is basically responsible for me buying my Z...i love it. it was featured in fast car (a magazine i now realise is trash and stopped buying a LONG time ago) and if it hadnt been i would have more than likely bought an RX7.
Maybe its due to my age or maybe i am just a sucker to trends but i like this style. There is a limit though and that celica definitley went past it!

Spacers turned up yay!
Being currently jobless and bored to crap i rushed out to fit them, and quickly discovered that Z's are a bitch to jack without a low profile jack (will be something i invest in the future)
so after jacking it up and taking the wheel off .....
I found out they don't fit
Basically the center ring doesn't fit round the one on the hub, I believe it because my disks have been changed...i'm a bit gutted to be honest.
They might fit on the front yet, i have different disks front and back, but i couldn't get the jack under the front of the car, and i don't like using scissor jacks...And it's Freezing outside so i haven't tested yet .
These are the ones i bought (yes i cheaped out and bought eBay ones) http://www.ebay.co.u...item337e84df91 So if anybody can see of any other reason why this don't fit please let me know.

Hi,
Joined a little while ago but have now got a 350z, it's an import (I wanted the Auto box).
I am sure I will have many question so please be patient with me, it's the 1st sports car in more years than I care to mention: the last sports car was a 2000cc Lancia Beta Coupé
Also new to forums i take it as you've posted on somebody else welcome thread
Never mind bud anyway!

Of the few mods on mine ( none of which I've done personally yet) , against popular opinion here, it's my japspeed K1 exhaust system, I love making loads of noise ..... Or maybe I'm just a yob!

The oil and air filter for the P11 Primera is the same as the DE 350z.
http://www.courtesyparts.com/kb_search_result.php?chassis_id=0&keywords=16546&Submit_Button=Go&cat=1 << (put in 16546 in the search and found this)
Did anyone else catch the fact that OP is asking if the oil FILLER thread is the same and not oil FILTER?
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Haha I think paddy did, it doesn't matter now anyway, I found they actually do make loads of Z specific one I was just being "special"

Nice looking Z mate! I'd have had to fix all those little things too, l things like that bug the hell out of me, i'm itching to get out and paint my rear strut brace, it's scratched to @*!#!
-
cheers guys
-
Did a search and couldn't find anything relating to this. Do we share the same oil filler thread size as any of the other nissans? Rb/sr/ca engines? It's a bit easier to get hold of some pretty filler caps for these

Thanks for all the replies guys! I found out the wheels are actually eGay specials, i think they've tried to replicate Lenso wheels. but hey they look okay for now and they're about £400 brand new so they aren't cheap shite. I'll keep them as winter wheels even after ive changed them.
Lots of potential, look forward to seeing the wiiiiide wheels
One tip for pics- turn the wheel away from the camera. Alloys are much more interesting to look at than tyre tread
Haha thanks for the hint that's a pretty good point Going to find a better spot next time, this one was a bit busy.
(including 13j wheels i've spotted) so watch this space
Yikes, you'll need some major arch work to fit them, plus a wide body kit. Interesting car BTW, if your steering wheel has 6 buttons then its a GT.
Pete
Haha there ET-19 so yeah I'll definitley need some arch work if i do go ahead and buy them, but as you well know these things can swallow up some big wheels so i should get away without a body kit and thanks for that mate, it does so that clears that up

Hi guys, okay firstly explanation for the name...i've named it the thunder wagon on every other site because most people aren't familiar with just how loud the japspeed K1 exhaust system is, i'm sure you lot are but i just thought i'd keep a consistent name
Anyway as i'm sure most of saw in my welcome message i picked this up a few weeks back. It's a 2004 model with all the GT extras but apparently isn't a GT? Mega pleased with it! But I've got alot planned for it as soon as i've recouped funds (including 13j wheels i've spotted) so watch this space but for now here's a quick current spec and a few (new) pictures i got today after a detailing session.
After market rear lights
Unknown wheels 18"
Front black Z badge
30mm Eibach pro spring kit
Full Japspeed K1 exhaust
Rear EBC disks and pads
Front black diamond disks
Front Brembo pads
Brembo callipers front and rear
Pic whoring time (excuse my enormous head and ugly mug)

Stunning car mate, welcome!

Fully intended to clean the Z today but my mate works at Niel Garner Motorsport, they had a open day so I ended up there, freezing my nuts off and reminding myself how much I dislike TVR's and now the Z is dirtier than it was before on a brighter note there was a loudest car competition and two pretty Lamborghini's both of which were stupidly banned from the loudest car thing ...for being too loud? (Get that logic) Hopefully the weather will be nice enough to let me go out washing tomorrow!

Thanks again guys

Do we all get the same items? Thanks again for organising. I'll be looking forward to my box arriving monthly.
The gift packs are the full products and quite random - for instance, I got a full bottle of Nanolox whereas Stuarty got Dodo Supernatural.
The actual normal waxybox all but one product is the same for all - there is usually one 'random' product in there too...
Sorry mate, i was at the wind up, I got the same as everyone else. I was waiting on someone taking the bait! Lol.
Haha I had to laugh at this, genius! I genuinely believed you to.
On a serious note this is an amazing idea, sorry if I missed it but how much is this costing a month at the moment?
It's usually £15 per month plus pp, but with a forum code its £10 plus pp. for £10 per month its a great deal. It lets you try stuff you usually wouldnt try. Also this month i more or less received everything i needed to give my car a mini detail.
Thanks mate, will definitely be up for this as soon as I'm back in work!

350z vs EP3 - Random road in france, awesome video!

Awesome video, i wouldn't have the balls to do it on those roads, i'm quite suprised at the CTR, but as above its easier driving a little FWD car round those sort of roads than a bigger RWD, My old starlet was way easier to manouver than the Z, and i definitley found it easier to drive hard, Im not used to the Z yet and still feel like im driving a tank at the moment. Saying that i would still rather have the Z any day of the week.
