I would love ITB's on my zed. Sounds amazing.

Lee. Can I book my car in for belts and rocker cover gasket?

This was the same route I was planning on going on my black facelift. CF sides and same front.

Twin Mini's would be cool.
If you're doing two classic Mini's, you may as well do three, and get them painted classic Italian Job style

Both hands on the wheel, 9 and 3
Wont notice it!

Had a really great day there. Definitely need to sort another meet, with maybe some karting too
Really good to meet fellow zed owners. Mostly new owners too. I think I speak for everyone there, we all got a little weak at the knees when the brand new Nismo 370z showed up.
Here are some pics I got of whats going on in Falcon.
In the back, 3 very special cars. An Aston Martin DB5, a genuine AC Cobra and a very cool VW bus.
AC Cobra is an original 1964 289 5Ltr V8 all alloy bodied with stupidly low Miles from New and is having restoration and upgrades
The DB5 is one of 65 vantage coupes ever made. Its a 1965. It is the James Bond signature silver birch paint colour and black conelly leather trim. The car is having a full restoration to concours winning standard and is currently half way through its restoration.
Type 2 Bay camper is a 1977 that has just had a 911 engine fitted and been restored.
Thanks again Lee for showing us these exotics.
What little gems will you be showing us at the next meet in January?

Very nice Nismo zed

I was actually born in Australia and now live in UK. When I got mine (Black facelift '06) I thought it was far too quiet. First buy was Berk HFC, Cobra Y-pipe and japspeed K1 exhaust.
-
You should get a samurai sword handle, stick the correct thread in and use it as your gear stick.im sure you can get one on ebay for a tenner. Also, get some HFC or De-cats, totally changes the sound!

I very nearly bought an rb25det 350z. But was impatient (and didn't want to wait for it to be completed) and bought a standard facelift.

Welcome to the forum.
Like you, when I first got my zed I fitted Berk HFC, cobra Y-pipe and a japspeed k1. Sounds brilliant!
From what I've heard, The best air filter is the standard airbox ('06) with a high flow panel filter.
I was also looking at the kinetix plenums, although the look the nuts, they will loose power. They have been proven on dyno to be @*!#. Best of just getting a plenum spacer.
