Hi there mate, sorry to bring up an old thread, but recently bought the 250z from eck that you have fitted this nice bit of kit in. Currently im loading up my external hardrive with stuff so i can put on the tablet via USB transfer.

It still has Jon's (eck) google/android account on there and i cant get rid and make mine the primary account unless i factory restore.........If i do this will i lose mall the updated software and be a nightmare to set back up again? Anyone know?

Awesome lads! thanks alot for all your replies fingers crossed everything goes smoothly i should be collecting it on Monday! Saying im excited is an understatment!!! Have to endure a 5 hour train journey first though from Portsmouth to Sheffield! but then i have the 3-4 hour drive back home to look forward to :)

And as for the wheels, i will be VERY careful! Im sure curbing them wont be a cheap touch up!! Il be parking a foot from the curb and probbaly end up getting the wing mirror ripped off instead...! lol

Do the wing mirror covers just clip over the OEM mirrors?

I love using heal toe and and pretty well practiced at it with all my previous cars. I was a bit worried that the 350z has this syncro rev match? If so i dont want it really takes away part of my driving fun

What speakers would any zed have that doesnt have the Bose system as standard? Just random, crappy OEM speakers?

Of course we all know someone who has had a nightmare with a TVR but they're gorgeous and if you can afford to spend the time on it and it has at least had one complete rebuild I'd go for it - gotta have one at some point in your life haven't you?

Welcome bud, im 26 but the insurance quotes iv been getting still are not that pleasing...to be expected i guess but still i feel it should be cheaper.

If you don't mind please could you let me know how much your insurance is and where you got it from cause im amusing at 23 it must be a killer..?

Currently the best quote i have is £1080 that's with 7 years no claims and no accidents or points.
