its definatly the one in the video mate you have to remove the cover that surrounds the battery ( clips just pop out easy) and its the fusebox at the back behind the battery, turns out its my pump and not the fuse damn

valves ? thought there was just the one behind brake fluid container ? last time happened to be that one, checked that one and no water and I cant hear the pump when listening from under the bonnet, checked the fuse, thought id read somewhere that you have to remove the under tray and inner wing on the drivers side to access the pumps, just wondered if anyone had done a "how to guide" for idiots like me

sorry buster perhaps didn't explain myself properly I meant where abouts under the bonnet is the damned pump located

As title guys, when I press the fold button the drivers side turns in but the passenger side sort of tries then stops, well known fault or replacement motor required ?if replacement can someone point me in the right direction please, any and all replies gratefully received thanks in advance

bugger turns out the fuse was OK and the washer bottle is full, got to be the washer pump, so next how do I find it and replace it

its not by the battery where abouts in the drivers footwell is the other fusebox to dark now anyhow will have to wait til weekend but many thanks for the replys guys its appreciated

As title guys got a 53 plate and about 6 months back the front washers stopped working, turned out to be the non-return valve fitted in the line just behind the brake fluid container, they have now stopped working again checked the valve, its not getting any water and i cant hear the motor, before i rush out and buy a replacement pump, i thought id check the fuse first ( im assuming the front/rear washers work from seperate fuses) trouble is i dont know where the fuses are located any help appreciated thanks in advance

just a quick post to say thanks to Martin for all his assistance, I couldn't find a responsible grown up to fit the mod, so with delusions of competence I forged ahead, two hours later nothing was working ( rather it was but not as it was supposed to, everything worked opposite way round) after using short words and many pictures Martin finally got me through it step by step, pleased to say all now up and working, many many thanks to Martin for his patience,

PMmmed back Martin, thanks for the help this afternoon when you were busy with your own, just goes to show there are still some very very nice people around

really struggling here guys any advice appreciated, wired up and leaving fold switch in the middle position, mirrors don't fold on lock or unfold on unlock ?, however when the ignition is in ACC position, the mirror fold position opens the mirrors and the mirrors open position folds the mirrors

got a pair in azure (53 plate) if any good, no idea what courier would be but your welcome to them if you want them, would need a repaint but they are free happy to help a forum member mate

cheers girnet, it did indeed help, unfortunately its only whetted my appetite to do this mod, the thread shows how to install a kit that was made up by cookbot (i assume !) does anyone know if he still hangs around here, or can anyone help with where to purchase this kit

I seem to remember a member on here about a year ago had a kit to enable auto fold mirrors when you locked the doors, the search function cant seem to find it, any help appreciated guys either with tracking down the kit or wiring "how to " etc cheers
