  1. I have black leather heated seats in very good condition from a 2005 GT4 and am looking to swap with orange/tan leather seats in similar condition. If anyone is interested, id be happy to come to them if they can swap them over!
  2. Also to answer your other question re factory default, it all depends on how the ROM has been designed. It may have been a stock android ROM and then apps installed, in which case you will lose all the apps. It may have been built with a custom ROM where the apps are embedded, so when a factory restore is done the apps are already installed. Unless they are custom apks that have have been installed then it shouldn't be too difficult to reinstall them, just need to connect it to your wifi and download them from google market place/ google play. You may be able to move the apps to the sd card, so when you do a factory reset they will remane untouched. PM me if you want anymore help, or add me on gchat ************ mod edit
  3. You should be able to go into accounts and remove his completely. Failing that if you can remove all the sync options. To my knowledge there are no primary accounts, but if you add yours, you should be able to remove his.
  4. Ah ok cool, little more than I wanted to pay. I have black ones just now, how much did you pay for the black ones you bought?
  5. What sort of price are you looking for?
  6. Bad times! I bought the matching paint from ebay and the fibre glass filler mentioned is here - http://goo.gl/QVmse This may not be any good and I haven't purchased as I am leaving it a bodyshop to try and repair on my behalf. From past experiences im going to leave it to a body shop, I live in Leicester so Im going to CS on Friday to get a quote Went to see my local body shop today. They can supply the Nissan E33 paint and are going to touch up and fill in scrape and are going to respray the bottom skirt for £65 which I thought was a good price. I'm based the right side of the border (Scotland :-)) though. I'll post pictures on Friday with the results.

  8. Well love hurts! No idea how gutted I am! I have spoken to my local bodyshop and I am taking the car in tonight for them to have a look at. I had seen fibre glass filler on Halfords website but don't think I'd have the skillz for such work! I have bought some of the E33 Nissan paint on Ebay; my plan is to give the bodyshop this paint and ask them to do the rest! Thanks for your input, reassurance it's not major damage and for not mocking me
  9. Thanks for that. After looking at the difficulty/costs involved in replacing, I'm going to try and get this repaired!
  10. Hi guys, I have stupidly managed to scratch the front skirt/bumper on my Yellow GT4 Nismo Kit. Sorry if I'm using the wrong terminology, it's basically the lowest part of the front right hand corner of the car. I tired to blame the kerb, but on reflection I'm just an idiot Here is a link to the car, first off can anyone tell me what Nismo kit I have? http://goo.gl/hUqRn I will upload an imagine of the damage tonight, but it's a fair chunk the kerb (me) has taken off so I suspect I may need to replace the front skirt. Where would I be able to get 1 from and how easy are they to fit? Anyone know a rough cost for the part? On a temporary basis I would like to cover this up if possible, can anyone recommend the best way to do this? I realise once you lovely people have a picture of the damage you will be able to give better advice. I have only been driving this car a week; in it's almost 7 years life it has been kept immaculate until I got I behind the wheel. I totally expect (and perhaps even encourage) mockery for my foolish actions, as long as it's coupled with useful advice Thanks in anticipation, Ewan (who clearly can't park) Update - Here's a link to the damage - http://goo.gl/jJrrB I have looked about online and on the forum and looks like it'll be quite expensive and difficult to get a genuine N1 front bumper sprayed and fitted. If there is any way anyone can recommend hiding this damage that would be much appreciated
  11. Can't see there being much chance of pointing straight in this weather!
  12. Well I'm glad it's going to look amazing sitting on my drive, cause all I can do until January is look at it! (Driving licence currently serving time at her majesties pleasure )
  13. Wow, looks good! You sold this now yeah? Are they the same wheels that are "my" one?
  14. Yeah will do! Yeah the garage said it had a private plate on it. Going to give all the documentation a good looking over, mileage is stupidly low for the age, who wouldn't want to drive this about!
  15. Hook line and sinker eh! Nice welcome to the "noob" Dave, remind me to ignore all future comments from you Yeah that's a good idea, I'll phone the garage tomorrow and ask them to provide an HPI check for me. Noted your point all quotes, another noob mistake, but you were nice about it. Take note on how to treat newcomers Dave Really appreciate everyone's feedback so far, much appreciated! Makes me feel more comfortable about ending the Z world! I've been told I've made a mistake buying a number plate for it that ends with "ZZZ"........... my only justification is "Z" is also a nickname.........I don't think I'm going to get much love for doing this
  16. Will do! I'm not sure how to end, perhaps FREEDOM?
  17. Didn't realise my other pictures were public, but thanks very much (if you were being sarcastic, then so was so I)
  18. +1 on removing the stickers especially the worlds biggest nismo stickers from the side skirts! Maybe leave the back one on. First thing I was planning on doing!
  19. Hi, the dealer never mentioned anything about chassis damage or any accident. I haven't actually paid any money for the car as yet. Would it be possible for you to give me any details of this? It would be much appreciated!
  20. Wow OK, looks like I've managed to get a lot of car for my money then! That really depends on how much you paid for it Very true
  21. Buying sight unseen? Have you had it checked out by a third party? Bit of a leap of faith but I hope it works out for you, certainly looks good in the photos! Well I haven't actually paid any money towards the car, going to pay once I've viewed it and test driven it. Would you recommend getting an AA check done or alike?
  22. Wow OK, looks like I've managed to get a lot of car for my money then! Amazing what deals you can get when the industry is struggling and you are willing to buy a rear wheel drive sports car in December! Now to learn how to drive properly........
  23. Thanks, I'll enquire about a driver training day. Although the dealer didn't give me any details on the "number" or the alloys, I think I found an advert on the web for the car before it was sold to the garage. In the ad it states it is number 9 and goes on to mention "19' Volk Rays that cost 2k". Do you know is the Nismo body kit is an added extra or was this the default on GT4s? Thanks, Ewan
  24. Ah sorry I don't think it's "number 1" of 176, it's just 1 of only 176 I believe it has a plaque to say which number it is; I'll find out on Wednesday I guess!
