Okay I've had a chance to look at the info. I'll take 2 tickets and 1 track time. Time slot 'O' will be fine (looks like the last spot?).

I can move Mikey and Alex over to session O@1:40, and put you in M@1pm with 4 other 350's. This will make the LAST ticket definitely on session M still available.

I'll put the closing date for this as 30th July for ticket payments.

I just urgently wanted the track times paid as I bought those in advance for us all and just wanted to recoup the funds!

Those spare stand pass slots are still filling up so anyone else can still let me know if they want one allocated to them.

Ok, I have purchased a total of 43 tickets for this now. That's everyone that has paid so far. Those that havent paid but pipe up later or still want to come, I may still be able to allocate you a stand pass (no guarantee), but you will have to pay for your full price entry ticket at the gate.

You can still go get advance tickets at £15 each through the Japfest 2 website, if not, I think its £20 per person on the day. If anyone still wants to claim thier stand pass but didnt pay the club price or you want to join us, then just let me know I need to look out for you /meet up on the day to give you your stand pass!

It's the track and resident services that make a huge difference for things like reasonably priced and good choice of food, that the place is clean and well serviced, and such a good track. That stuff, the people who run it have nothing to do with

I have a few more payments in for this. Please get them in if you havent already because there are currently 13 of the car spots not booked with the event and I cant do that without the funds!

Anyone else for track time? There were already less left than what they say they have on their website 1.5 weeks ago so these 4 track times at least guarantee to be on there with a bunch of other Zeds.

The absolute dead dead deadline is 25th July to pay but they'll only let me add on blocks of cars, not just the one at that point.

I would like to have the payments collected sooner than that and add to the booking so to not mess the organisers about too much with allocating the Z stand a good spot. Only £13 ea

I have made the initial booking for both this and Trax.

Before I fill in the health and safety form, if there are any special requirements such as disabled access or if anyone is bringing an event tent etc, please let me know.

I also noticed that we dont want the same person going on the track twice in a row as thats a 40 minute session so am re-thinking the booking. I am doing everything I can to accomodate everyone, but if you want some track time, even if you cant cough up NOW, PLEASE tell me straight away!

It appears that Japfest 2 is completely cocked up for Track times. Unlike previous years, they didnt BOTHER to reserve ANY club block bookings.

I have already PM'd anyone that was on the list for track times.

Meanwhile, this is still a good turnout for the clubZ stand at Japfest 2 Donnington and still a great day out. Spread the word, add to the list

There is good news on Trax @ Silverstone where I have a provisional booking on TRACK TIME, but it is URGENT that track times are CONFIRMEDTODAY to nail it down

Sessions: 10.20am 1pm 1:40PM and one after 3PM. 7 car spaces on EACH of the 4 sessions.

Well for 2 tickets and a track time its £13x2 for the tickets and a £25 track time--- so £51 through paypal to paypal@zxclub.net

I know the 'official' ticket sales end in the end of July with JF2, but if I have a substantial portion of the payments to cough up the funds and book the stand MUCH sooner and have the clout to give them a reasonable indication of the larger size, then we are just going to be better off. TRACK times are in non publicly advertised blocks so they are reserved, but not unlimited so until i make the booking ....
