    Yep, I'm really not happy with them stuffing it up again. I'm thankful I used due diligence and kept an eye on them.... and proved that holding onto the tickets/passes to hand out at the show rather than posting them out was the best thing to do!

     

    No matter, it was still a fantastic show last year and our stand did end up in the Japfest 2 official video.... and hopefully will do so again :)

    its ok no probs, will come anyway. if i have to park with the ruffians its ok! :lol: will hang on for a few days and if nothing comes of it i will just get a ticket via the event website or failing that pay on the day.

     

    I have your day before Birthday, birthday present then... Just pay on the gate or through the JF2 website. Hop in the car and convoy in with the others, I have your stand pass

    Sorry Mikey, but we have no stand passes or tickets left at this point, at least not guaranteed ones. We have one which is in limbo, i.e. someone has requested it, but isn't positive they can make the event. If they confirm they are unable to make it, it'll be yours for the princely sum of £13, as a gift, to paypal@zxclub.net. If however he is able to make the event and takes the ticket, I won't be able to get you on the stand I'm afraid. We had a bit of trouble with this last year too (Late comers) and it was impossible to get any extra stand passes.

    YES we DO have STAND PASSES!!!!! ... at LEAST 6!!!!

    I have also told other 300 owners when youre meeting up so I expect a few more may turn up to convoy in together with you.

    I still have some stand passes available !

     

    Has someone grabbed the 350 club feather flag for this? Youre putting up a great turnout. I have a Nissan banner I can chuck in the car but that's about it. I have a small gazebo but looks like we are going to be on solid ground this time so whatever anyone brings, we need drive over bases or other appropriate weights.

    I assume this means that there will be a meet close to Silverstone for stand passes & tickets to be given out ? I see that 07:00 has been mentioned earlier - would it be possible to forward a sae so tickets/stand passes could be sent out by post - we both have late commitments the evening before and 07:00 will be a little on the early side for us at Silverstone. By the way, having organised a stand @ Silverstone in the past I know how "ungrateful" some people can seem - mostly it is because they do not understand the work involved. You're doing a great job !! :) :) :)

    6 Unclaimed stand passes left

     

    Thanks to those who paid before the deadline I was able to open up a few more stand places.

    If you want to join everyone at Japfest 2, you need to let me know you want to claim one of the last spots available ASAP.

     

    Tickets are available at £15 per person direct through http://www.japfest2.co.uk/ OR, it will be £20pp on the gate on the day.

    Kids under 14 are FREE

     

    We will all meet up outside the show to dish out your stand pass and tickets for those already paid or we shall meet you as you enter the gate.

     

    This was an EXCELLENT turn out last year and a fantastic time had by all. A MUST go to Event!!!

    Didnt grundy ask to be in the morning session and 13:00 session? as it seems to have changed

     

    Grundys times have never ever changed. When I booked the track times, they were already running out so I took what I could. Grundy also has 2 track times, so one in the morning with Andy, and then the middle session where I have done my utmost to get all 350's together.

     

    Swifttyy - Yes, got your payment and put you on the 1PM slot for track time. So currenty 5x350z's all going on at once and one possibly 2 track times to join you there

     

    M1K3Y77 and rjohnson1993 - of course you can join - will log into the paypal and sort the list in a moment :)

    I think the confusion is that I've been organising it, but Alex had the primary post so where Ive been updating you in the thread it just didnt get mirrored on Alex's primary post. Youre all brilliant, all good, questions welcome! In fact, youre the best bunch of Z owners there are. Makes me want a 350 or 370. I just gave heads up that I may be prevented from doing it again, which makes me sad, that's all

    Maybe what we wanted, and what there WAS available between asking and people paying, and what was available when booked made things change. Same that I have only booked half a stand with the payments I had to try to get a better earlier spot, and they'll have to re-jig it with all the additional spaces later when I can pay for more stand space. The more you club together earlier, the better it is.

     

     

    Even though we enjoy the shows and I like to make these things happen, perhaps someone else (anyone who is NOT of the breed of "look for a member thats organising something then just stick a stamp on for minimal effort"), would like to take Trax and Japfest 2 on?

     

    The way I see it is that both the shows are immensely popular in the Z community and will continue to grow.
