I have done a search on this and its coming up with lots of problems, so I though I would describe it myself - Im getting a slight dull knocking sound from the rear when I go over rough ground eg. up a bumpy driveway, I have checked the rear shocks (pushed the back up and down) and all seems ok, I am planning on getting it on a ramp this week what / where should I be looking, it doesnt appear to be effecting the handling just anoying if I have the radio off!

just got a good (ok) japanese unit from ebay, mine second got for £100 - depend on what you want to spend!

Make sure it has a service history, plenty out there with one!

Friend has one - his only complaint is that my 350 sounds better!

No input for the steering - I think ill just order the without loom and double din and give it a go from there, any idea on where to get the software for the SD card?

Could anyone please help out, just got delivery of my new headunit I got on ebay, all singing and dancing - Sat Nav / TV / Ipod / DVD - only problem is that it has no manuf name or model on it! and no instructions!. I looked at the sticky and know I need the following: (car is a 05 non bose)

1. Wiring loom, should i got for for the with /out steering controls - is this a simple plug and play?

2. Double din fasica

3. SD card came but with no software it has Iguide Sat Nav on it - any idea where to get this

Do I need anything further???

these seem a little cheap to me? what you think?

Does this only work for the BOSE unit? or will it work for the std unit?

intrested in the sat nav if you still have it?, do i need anything further to get this to works eg somewhere for the sat nav cd to go? or is it all in this box - currently have z with no sat nav

Im in exatcly the same boat but want something the also used the steering control / bluetooth and that is a double din / and possibley sat nav, any ideas?
