Thankyou for the responses regarding the clunking noise. Yes it's just one clunk and it one seems to happen only happen sometimes, but it's not the most pleasant noise to hear when breaking. It happens mostly when going from reverse, breaking, then going forward and breaking, then a clunk. Sounds like its coming from the rear. Started to worry about how serious it is. I think the big mistake I made was taking it to kwik fit to sort out the brakes.

Hi there, I am currently experiencing a very strange clunking noise when I brake. It only seems to happen when I am driving under 10mph and press the break pedal. I am driving an 04z with brembo brake setup. Had discs and pads changed around 2 months ago and had a p3 service less than one month ago. They were unable to find the cause. If I could get some help with this matter I would be extremely greatfull. Jay

Hi everyone. Just purchased my 350z 04 uk version in silver grey. Absolutely loving it. Its a great site, I have been reading up on the 350z before I finally purchased her, found some very useful info from reading through some of the forums.
