Does this exclude those outside Surrey based on the thread title.
I'm in Hungary that week, but have a good'un as the SE meets are always good
Aww, I'd drive the long way round if you were coming just to see some more of your motor way photo skills

My mate just got the slk350 petrol on car scheme.... Mainly because it's faster than my Zed
It is good and as its a work scheme it is cheaper than any other way of having the car but it's not for me; I want proper manual gears and I already own the Zed. I don't want to have to give it back after a year and be limited on how far I can drive and then fined for any tiny marks etc.
It does handle really well though

Where abouts are you? If the cubby is still available I'll take it and the sound material?
Cheers
In his post ^^^

Hi,
I am a design engineer and this is something I have some experience in and im Happy to give help if I can.
Few things though it isn't 'cheap' to do. One off models can be very costly that's why the more you make the lower the piece cost. What exactly are you thinking? Size, materials colours etc?

So you have a clean car and if you still have enough petrol what's wrong with that

Firstly I say fair play for doing something a bit different. Also good on you for doing it yourself.... But I think it looks a little strange having the colour split on top.
I reckon whole top black

Mine worked perfectly fine when I was checking her over, but a couple of months later when the "warmer" more humid weather came in, the drivers side motor started to do the same thing, but only when it was warm(ish). Haven't got round to cleaning the connector as per the guide on here, but should hopefully fix your problem.
The oddest thing about this problem is that the window still drops 100% of the time when first getting into the car, it just doesn't go back up again when you close the door and the switch won't work until it cools down a bit
That's exactly it. I've had my motor out and given the whole lot a clean but I think it's just had it. If you hold up and close the door at the same time it normally jolts it enough to let the window close.
As the window drops I think it goes out of line slightly and when it tries to go up it puts too much friction into the system and doesn't move.
Common problem.

Hello and

Well funny

And yeah, buy a Zed
you won't regret it
I'd love to learn how to drive the Zed and get mid 20's in town.
I get mid to late 20's on the motorway.
Thing is I get bored being conservative, best to just enjoy the car, I might not be here tomorrow?
Very true
I managed to get my mpg from 18 back to 20.9 driving from Surrey to notts and back

not specifically Milltek exhaust but decats will change the noise dramatically and make it a lot louder.
Its not to everyone taste. What are you trying to achieve?

i think it's good that he does stuff like this though. How awesome would it be to be him or Travis and just waste your dosh on motor sport toys
And for that matter Rob Dyrdeck (not sure how it's spelt) I would if I could
