  1. On my previous Z I had Eibach Pro-Spacers fitted, 15mm front & 20mm rear, however in hindsight I could have got away with 20mm front & 25mm rear, they're an absolute dooddle to fit, they simply bolt to the hub using the bolts supplied & then the wheel bolts to the spacer using the original wheel bolts. However I do believe Eibach have two different kits which fit differently, the other version using longer wheel bolts which go straight through the spacer to the hub, so make sure you order the right ones! Obviously the sizes I had & will have again once funds allow may not be suitable for your car with the GT4's, whilst looking down from above the wheel arch, just measure from the uppermost point of each tyre to the outermost edge of the wheel arch, this will give you a maximum spacer size whilst still abiding by the law, if you don't want the wheels at the extreme edges of the arches then you can of course order slightly smaller spacers, whatever takes your fancy!
  2. Hmm that's a shame, I'm reluctant to swap the eibachs as I've only just had them fitted! Maybe I'll have to settle for the V1 after all :/ thank you for all of your help guys, I'll post pictures up once it's done! Hmm V1 & play it safe, or V2 & be careful, choices choices!
  3. Haha you read my mind! Ok that's good news then, if it's just a standard motorbike plate I'll not have any trouble finding one! Where did you get your V2 bumper from, RT Performance? What was the fitment like? Also, how much lower than the standard bumper does the V2 sit? I'm sat on Eibach springs (30mm drop) & obviously don't want to be taking chunks out of my nice shiny new front end haha!
  4. Cheers Wasso, I was looking at your picture & wondering if that was a standard plate or smaller, so that's a motorbike plate? Do you remember the dimensions off the top of your head? I think I'll go for the grille section in gloss black but have the lip painted body colour to keep it (slightly) subtle!
  5. Oh wow, ok V2 it is! Hoorayyyy! Thanks for all your help guys, just one more question though, do you need a number plate mounting bracket for the V2, if so, where can I get one?
  6. Haha yes I must say I prefer the styling if the V2, I just want it to look too aggressive so as to make the rest of the car look a bit lame! Excellent, ill be ordering soon then in that case, Christmas bumpers for everyone!
  7. Also, opinions on whether the V1 or V2 would look best & fit in with the rest of the car (standard) would be greatly appreciated!
  8. Excellent thank you guys, to be honest I had seen the RT performance one & I'd earmarked it as a possibility so if it fits well then that seems to be a good option
  9. Hey guys, Unfortunately the paint on my red '05 Z front bumper is delaminating, as opposed to just getting the rather tired looking front end resprayed I figured now is a good time to invest in a new front bumper! I've ummed & ahhed for ages between a Nismo V1 or V2 replica & I've finally decided a V1 might work better as the rest of the car is standard & I don't want the front end to look over styled compared to the rest of the car! Basically if anyone could give me advice on which (if any) of the replica V1 bumpers are good quality & fit we'll I'd really appreciate it, they're a few to choose from I know & I don't want to end up buying a pig of a bumper! Many thanks in advance, Gary
  10. Hi guys, as much as it breaks my heart to have to face this, I'm going to have to sell my 2006 56 350z to help fund my PhD at University The car is a facelift, non-GT model with 28k on the clock, I am the first private owner since Nissan (I believe it was a staff car), it has a 12 month MOT and FNSH, I know everyone says this about their car but it really is in immaculate condition. Could anyone please give me some advice on how much the car is worth or how much I could expect to sell it for? Also any advice on the best place to advertise for a quick but decent sale? Thank you for your time, for what may be the last time Gary
  11. thanks guys that's exactly what I was hoping to hear Tarmac is that £1500 for new wheels? So for second hand wheels is it just a case of keeping my eyes open and checking ebay/Z forum etc, etc or is there a certain place where I'd be likely to find a set? Thanks again everyone
  12. Hey guys, forgive me if this has already been asked (I've searched for a relevant topic but no joy). Do the standard wheels from a 370z fit the 350? If so, does anyone have any pictures of a z running this setup? I saw a topic recently with a 350 running GT-R wheels so I'm assuming this might work aswell? Does anyone know of a good place to source a second hand set of 370 wheels? Many Thanks, Gary
  13. Hi there, I'm looking for a set of good quality smoked front reflectors for a facelift 350z, I've been able to locate some OEM clear ones but as my car is grey I really think smoked ones would contrast more and look better, does anyone know where I might be able to pick up a set or indeed have some they are wishing to sell? Many Thanks, Gary

  15. The N2 Style Front Bumper is by far my favourite front end look for the Z, and I know you can pick one up for approximately £400-500 (assuming that the traders on this forum are still able to get hold of them and that the prices haven't inflated!) But I'm just wondering what an approximate amount would be for a decent paint job and fitting on one? Could anyone who has this front bumper give me an idea before I take the plunge and order one! (I'm about to start a PhD at Uni so will be financially challenged for the forseeable future so thought this might make a nice 'Keep up the hard work!' present to myself!)
