I cant see very well from the pictures so forgive me if I am suggesting something silly but....

 

Can you cut a slit in the top of the aerial, then use a flat screw driver to unscrew it?

 

Obviously if you cut it you wanna make sure you dont get any metal filings on the paintwork.

It just seems likely won't budge, I'll give that a go tho

hey guys, looking into the wraps to cover a few scratches on the gear surround does anyone have a good match to what's already on the zeds interior??

Just trying to install my new double din unit and found I need to take out the jap sat nav buttons to get to screws only problem is my motorised cubby door has stopped working so can't get the cubby door up to get a flat blade in to remove the controls!

Okay looks like I need to take the jap sat nav controls out using these instructions

But my motorised cubby door won't go up so I have a about 3cm to get something under the jap sat nav controls

The pods surround the jap sat nav just wont come away is there anything I need to do with the jap sat nav, I don't want to pull the console too much as they look like the can snap quite easily, any ideas?

I know and the company I work for own the building that they rent from us!!! So was expecting some discount!!

Install my new kenwood ddx 5022 system I have got these through from sextons:

ICT 29-674 - Nissan 350z Bose USC Loom

ICT 50-256 - Nissan 350Z Pre 06 Double Din

ICT 29-005 - Kenwood head-unit lead

How easy is it to install? I've done single din units on other cars before but never attempted a double din, plus taking the dash out to take the bose out, I've been qouted £300 by a local car AV company, thought that was a little much!

Mines a auto JDM 04 model so dont know if anyone has attempted this??

Also want to look at the motorised cubby that seems to work when it wants when the dash is off or does this come out as well??
