When i was coming back from picking up my Supra i was following my mate behind in a Previa while my mate was driving the Supra. As the Supra was going through a tunnel, Lights flicking off the shiney pant work London calling came on the radio, I thought it looked like an advert and ever since then my Supras song was London calling by The Clash. What is your cars song and why? This is my new one for the Zed because "She lives by the coast" Me too "Shes faster than most" Oh yes And "Shes my woman in gold, She's not very old" Will be gold soon enough And because i Love this song.

I had party last night and few friends of mine said that my 350z have french engine. Renault Clio has 3L, Zed have 3,5 L engine so surely can't be same engine!? Unless its changed by the piston stroke?

I'm sure your wingman wasn't complaining at driving the Z back.

He was very happy. He said it felt brand new and tight compaired to his TT Supra which in his words is "Agricultural and balistic" The Supra is like being fired in a catapult where the Zed has smooth power.

Deffinatly, My friend has had electrical problems with his Supra for 5 months now so that was the first thing i thought of.Glad it wasn't electrics but just stupidity

At the end of my epic 250 mile journey from picking up my Zed, ten miles from home, I thought i would take my satnav off as it was really bright and getting dark outside. After i did this i pulled away and started driving, The car wouldent go above 40mph no matter what i did, i thought it went in to "limp home mode" so i pulled over and called my support car (My lift up to the zed) and lucky enough he was just behind me. I went off in the megane while he drove the Zed. When he arived at the house just after us he explained it wont go above 40mph IN SNOW MODE Turns out i knocked it with my elbow when i pulled out the satnav. I feel such a fool! He drove it back in power mode and said it was quite rapid Lesson learned i think

Apparently next time when he gets angry he will empty the ashtray instead

i miss having the stalks the JDM way round, it's so much better

My friend who drove me up in a Renault (Who normally drives a Supra) was cut up by another car and showed his disgust by putting his wipers on,He ment to flash his lights but the stalks on the wrong side

2 questions...

 

Why is the left stalk operating the wipers, mine is on the right stalk?

 

The Red line on the rev counter is 6600?? Is that due to being the 276 version??

I thought all jap cars had the indicators on the right (The proper side) making the wipers on the left? My Supra did too

jap import from the looks of things. doesn't look like a standard rad. what intake system is sitting on it? (noticing the blue pipe from the airbox

 

Also isn't that km/h if it's a jap import? (25k kilometers and not miles?)

It has a K&n pannel filter and a K&n air duct at the bottom, Its in miles as its been converted

 

What size are the wheels and tyres the front looks like a v low profile?

the backs look like the wrong tyre size... maybe they are 265/30 r19 when they should be 275/35 r19

They are 245 18 on the rear, i will be getting different wheels for it when i find some i like, im going for staggerd fitment

Only 25.000miles on clock

I filled up the tank and i was so supprised that took ONLY half of the tank to get me home which was about 250miles trip (driving 60-70mph).

Is this ally radiator standard? I notice do-luck hoses and possible kenlo fans?

I was a passanger in a red Renault picking up my 350z yesterday i was driving behind you for about 15 min, then you turned to the left under the bridge. I put the window down smiled and waved, you didn't wave me back nevermind. On a registration plate was also written www.jm-import.co.uk. Your Z looks very nice
