My car is coming towards the end of its extended warranty (with warranty direct) having done nearly 61k miles. It is a 55 plate GT model and is due its MOT soon so I thought I would get it "checked out" before the warranty expires and was wondering if any of you guys are aware of any known problems I should look out for? Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Try varying your usual order of things and see what happens. I'll go back to lurking now. Heehee first prize to that man its the sat nav waking up! Ive only had the car 2 months or so and never used the sat nav so never lifted the cover! Thanks for the help

Unfortunately there are no warning lights or error codes or anything and there is nothing in the centre console only the space where a phone cradle has been at some point in time

No on both fronts its not an import and it happens after the engine has been started and I've put my seatbelt on?

I haven't got Bluetooth but something may have been fitted by the previous owner how could I tell?

Whenever I get in my car I here a beep and I'm sure it happens after I have started the engine and put my belt on etc. any ideas what it is?

I've now discovered that I don't have the cradle either just somewhere to fasten "something" which is I assume where the cradle sits, any ideas?

Thanks Pete and that will route the phone through the car speakers etc? The trouble is I am using a "buddy" unit but the background noise makes it very difficult to hear etc.

I didn't know I could get a BT adapter? how does that work then?

Hi Guys I am having great difficulty finding someone who can fit a hands free kit in my car for the phone and Ipod etc. I live in the North East and have spoken to Falcon and others but no one seems able to do it because of the BOSE system in the car and the Sat nav etc. Can I ask, firstly is it possible? and secondly if so does anybody know who will do it!. Thanks.

Sorry to be lazy chaps but hoping to come down with the little un (12 year old) and fancy camping but can't be bothered to trawl through and see if any campsites have been mentioned. Is there any in particular which everybody is using?

My new car is on a 55 plate and fitted with the Nissan Sat Nav system, can anyone tell me if this system warns you of speed camera locations or do I need to invest in a road angel or something just in case?

Hi guys I have just joined the forum having read some of the posts for a few weeks and just buying my first Z (which I pick up on Saturday and can't wait). Firstly I'd like to thank you for the information I have gleaned from here as hopefully it has helped me avoid any pitfalls when selecting my car, secondly I would be greatful for a little bit more advice Due to the location of my office from home I will be doing a lot of miles in my car and consequently it will require servicing at least twice a year, can anyone recommend a good garage in North east England where it will be well looked after? Thanks in anticipation.
