When Taras did mine matt black, the amount of attention my car gets is unbelievable. People stop and point, take photos, it's just crazy! The ladies love it too

There are so many agents down London it is very difficult unless you have clients already. I work in South West London, Balham/Clapham and there are so many estate agents it is unbelievable. In live in Earlsfield and in the space of half a mile there must be like 15 agents! And now these cowboy agents are offering 0% commission to the landlord, the good quality agents cannot compete. Plus the rental market is very good right now, landlords do not even need agents, they can rent the property themselves and save money.

Landlords are being mislead by agents saying they can get £100/£200 per week extra on rent which is pushing rents up like crazy. Last year we rented a property for £330 per week, this year I rented the same property for £400 per week . People will pay because they have no choice, everyone needs somewhere to live and no one can buy at the moment.

Companies like this make me want to set up my own estate agents, offering excellent customer service for landlords/sellers/buyers/tenants. I have been a letting agent for 5 years and not a single complaint from either a tenant or landlord. In fact quite the opposite, they like getting me drunk . Knowing I have made someone happy is great job satisfaction and have usually gone out of my way to make sure the tenant/landlord is happy! Its very difficult for honest agents to get instructions as they do not fill the landlord/seller with same bullsh*t as agents such as foxtons etc.

Will you be getting that rear spoiler too?? I have always loved that spoiler

I got my car wrapped from RT Performance, and it is the best mod I have done. I will get every car I own wrapped matte black . For the money I spent, theres nothing else that could have changed my car this much! From close up everyone believes its a paint job, until I tell them its a wrap!

I have 19x10 et20 on the front with 255/35 tyres with no problems...

it would like a rally car, ive got a white wheel on my matt black car (waiting to get it painted), whilst it doesnt look to bad, there are much better colours to go for!

I actually like that, might not be to everyones taste, probably just the fast and furious fan in me lol

I have 295 35 on the rear and ive had no issues with the tcs. I did have to get my arches rolled as they rubbed but my car is lowered on teins

I have 255 35 upfront.. I did have 275 30 all around before, and that did upset the tcs, alot! All this tyre profile ratio and what not does my head in
