Last winter was bad in the zed. Got myself a little colt for day to day. Although i do feel bad walking past the zed to get into a little shopping car

Think i may get some of that stuff fitted after a respray

Your brave, I think there is a Haynes manual for the US 350z's hopefully someone can get hold of some guides. I only have a copy of the maintenance PDF

Stone chips build up quickly and I don't even tailgate. mine is 5 years old now and the front bumper and bonnet really needs a respray, there are hundreds of stone chips. It has 76,000 on the clock. I would say if doing the same mileage you would want the front resprayed every 2 years before it looks shabby

Changed from Bridgestone RE40's on my 18 inch standard wheels that still had plenty of tread but killed a tyre and didn't want to get another crappy RE40. Bought Falken fk452's all round from camskill last month. Road noise at least 20% less. with the RE40's I thought there was a hole in the car the noise was that bad. Tyre walls seem to have a touch more flex than the bridgestones but upped tyre pressure to 37 and that sorted it. Wet and dry handling much improved, no more loosing the back end when not expecting it, you would have to screw the car to get the back end out now, and i love the car to much to treat it like that.
Also have bridgestone RE50's on my 19" volks for summer grip is fantastic in wet and dry, much tighter cornering feel, less wall flex, road noise not as good as the falkens but i think thats down to profile on different size wheels. run these at 35psi.

Please help ease my mind on this one. Getting a metallic scraping noise when in first and second gear pulling away that stops over 2000rpm. Just got the car, it has an exedy clutch a light flywheel. I have searched the forum and it may just be the normal noise of the flywheel but it's quite loud and embaressing. Help.

Are your pads worn evenly on both sides of the disc, could be ceased calliper. Have a good look and see if they are moving freely when braking

You didnt happen to steal the black one from Poynton, Stockport from me did you

Looks amazing, love the blue LED look. Mine has turned up today. Any tips for fitting, I have bought double din Fascia (50-256) ISO loom with steering controls (Bose) (29-674) and JVC adapter (29-004). Did you just follow the guide on this forum, or was there any extra messing about.
Cheers
