i think its a lot more limited in functionality tbh, there should be a few youtube vids if you want to check it out on there

I just tried to fit an idmax10 in as its a very good free air subwoofer, but because of the angle of the baffle and the depth of the sub the magnet hits the bottom and stops it going all the way in.

I'm looking for a decent free air sub that isnt too deep, but in the meantime im gonna try a cheapo one once i get my amp in to see how it rattles first.

Have thought about the Appradio 2 - It's on Amazon for £199 at the moment, a week ago I had mine for £150 from them.

If you have an android phone I second this, once hacked its an excellent unit. Halfords fit for £30 as well, including the parrot and GPS with the head unit

I have the appradio 2 with the hacked app to mirror my phone exactly. I would suggest you go with that instead, if you're around london you're welcome to check mine out before purchasing

So after reading this thread I didnt even bother trying the RCA's I chopped them straight off my loom and did the mod before fitting my headunit.

I have slight hiss and turn on pop on low volume, but it is hitting a bit harder than the stock headunit. The top end is better, i can actually tell i'm running tweeters now. I think the sub AMP is a bit too powerful for the sub now though I might look for a free air 10 to swap in.

Has anyone put in a parrot mic and gps receiver, my appradio has come with these and im not sure the best places to route and mount them, wondering if anyone has experience of good locations in a 350z coupe?

does this mod just return the loudness of the original bose sound? or does it make it even louder?

Hi does anyone know what connector the screen uses for input, and is it easy to upgrade the screen?

I would like to put a touchscreen in so i can keep the factory nav and also use other inputs as well (carpc).

I've gotta say I didnt really notice much power difference getting back into my N/A Z to drive home. The roof lining was all falling down aswell when i looked at it.

i test drove this a couple months ago at a dealers,

the guy said he had taken it in in part ex from a chinese boy who took a porsche cayman.

It was up for £8000 but i knocked him down to 7k. I decided not to buy it as it was extremely loud with the full stainless and no cats.

does the sat nav still work with this interface?

are they the same cylinders for the revup as the DE?

do they use the same clutch/flywheels too?

is that for the whole shroud assembly with the 2 fans?

did you get these in? if so are they are a direct replacement for oem?
