What causes the creaking?
I've just started to notice it when I set off at low speeds round corners, thought it was the seat at first!
-
Looks lovely.
How much did it set you back if you don't mind me asking?

If they break in to your house then insurance will cover it. Leaving your key accessible from the post box is just stupid and you shouldn't get an insurance pay out anyway, whether this is true or not I'm not sure.

Just noticed this was in Notts :O.
If I'm not working I'll come, if I am I will try and get it off!

Mine is a UK car and like you said wouldn't really want them to be added.

I take it you have to disable the headlight washers somehow?

Could I not go for 18x8.5's for the fronts or are they too thin?

Thanks for everyone's help!

Apologies, Thank you.

Haven't got Rays at the minute so can't say it means much to me.
Would this look good/bad? Would you go for different offsets?
You can get +12, +20, +30 and +38.

What kit has this got on it? I believe it's the V1 Spoiler, is it the V1 Bumper too?

If it's a male: "Keep walking!"
If it's a female: "I can take you for a ride if you like."***
***: This is assuming you are male.

Think I will go for them.
Can someone just confirm my train of thought with regards to the offsets and the need for spacers?
-
Says in the topic and have posted a link to where they sell them .
They are the "Work Cr Kai's" for reference.

I have been browsing wheels for a while now and still haven't decided which ones I am going to get.
I was about to order the Silver Rota GTR's but haven't done as of yet.
I stumbled across these: http://www.neweraparts.com/Default.aspx ... ductID=402
I have an Azure Zed and think gunmetal looks good on them having seen this picture:
You can buy 18x9.5 +20 which from what I've read means I won't need spacers, is that correct? It will clear the brembo's?

3000 rpm is hardly 'ragging' it.

I'll give you mine plus 24 monthly instalments of £250, deal? :D
Best looking zed I have seen!
if it wasnt for the 100,000 miles you have done i might have considered it
Ahh but I've personally only done 600 so we're all good! .

If the sale of the touch up paint falls through, I'll have it!

Looks great!
Going to buy some myself now.
Does anyone know if you can take the silver bits on your steering wheel off around the controls?
Mine has a few scuffs, would like to try and wrap these.

Different counties have different guidelines.
Most are Speed limit + 45% = Court summons, doesn't mean it will be a ban.

If you are interested I have a set of Nissan LED rear lights which I have just taken off my Zed following its sale. £150 + p&p or if you are local to the Midlands can arrange collection/delivery.
Where in the East Midlands are you?

I don't have rays, just the normal wheels but willing to swap + cash, let me know.
the car is possibly being px'ed tomorrow, so maybe too late.
Ahh fair enough, let me know if it doesn't go tomorrow!

Can't get my dash flush! (Aftermarket HU)
in Interior
Posted
I installed an after market Pioneer head unit a couple of weeks ago, I had the usual trouble of fitting the cables round the back etc. and got extremely frustrated and just wanted the thing in.
Anyway, as a result the dash isn't flush at the top. Now, I have the GPS signal cable coming out the top of the dash (just behind the trip) and the microphone for the handsfree coming out the side, this could be the problem. So, to the people who have similar units, where do you run the mic and gps signal? I was going to run the mic up the trim but haven't got the faintest idea how to do that.
Also, I believe I am short of screws, I haven't attached the HU to the Dash trim, if that makes sense. I basically put the HU in first, screwed it in then fitted the dash trim on top of that. Having said that, it's flush at the bottom so don't believe that's the issue.
Any advice would be brilliant!
