Thanks for your replies guys, sounds like it's a simple fix, thankfully! I need to sort out the clicking axles as well so will investigate/repair/replace at the same time, I won't need to drive the car until it's all sorted so I've no concern about driving with possible low friction material on the rear pads.

Hi all, I've recently noticed what can only be described as a metallic scraping kind of noise coming from the rear (I think) of the car whenever I have a a fair amount of steering lock on. I can't hear anything with the windows up but with them down it's quite noticable, the car also seems to have developed a knocking sound as well which can be heard with the windows up but I can't feel anything loose when I'm driving. Any ideas? And are there any recommended garages in the Essex/Braintree area that know Zeds well? My apologies if these are amature questions that have been covered a million times before, but as you can probably tell by my post count I don't frequent this forum particularly often Any pointers greatfully recieved Stu

I'm speaking to Japspeed at the moment about sorting out my K2, when fitted it looked exactly like the OP's. I originally chose it on the basis that although there were a few wonky ones being sent out from them earlier they had since got it right, my exhaust was fitted a couple of weeks ago and it appears that it deffinately isn't. Not happy as it makes a lovely sound, but I fear that if Japspeed can't sort this out for me I'll be asking for my money back and I'll be back on the market for a different set up.

Hi guys! My OEM exhaust has started to blow so I'm going to take the opportunity to get an aftermarket zorst fitted, after looking through various threads and youtube links I've decided to go for a Japspeed K2 cat back and Y pipe set up. I was wondering if anyone can recommend somewhere in Essex (I live in Chelmsford) where I can get it fitted? Thanks in advance Stu
