Hi Geoff R thanks for that the more i read the more confused i get i need to listen to some zeds two seperate nissan dealers have told me its a characteristic of the car but i just think there is an underlying issue and nissan dont want to pay for it because its still covered by warranty.

Hi all thanks for the warm welcome i am based in Leyland Lancs. so if anybody local has had any clutch issues and could shed some light maybe meet up and have a listen/compare just to see if nissan are correct and it is a characteristic of the car (still not convinced)

Hi my 57 plate is making this noise took to 1st nissan dealer new thrust bearing fitted still noisy told characteristic of car not happy so took to 2nd dealer they fobbed me off with same thing its driving me mad i dont know what to do now did the layshaft sort the problem out cheers paul

Hi just like to say hi to all on forum been reading a while trying to sort out clutch noise issues with my 57 plate z. Nissan still saying characteristic of car but in not sure its now beginning to frustrate me a fantastic car ive waited 5 long years to be able to afford and its noisy until you push the clutch in.anybody help would be much appreciated cheers paul
