  1. The ebay auction finishes for this in a day people grab yourself a deal
  2. That is indeed the bracket in question and you can see some detailed pictures of the welds and fabrication on cookbots old thread. I have not had the welds checked other than the tech for tdi. You are trust with all my car related business. But welcome anyone coming to check or view.
  3. Please see my more detailed pics on eBay. I will try and get some pics up if I come home with the next 10 days. If not and your local come and have a look?
  4. I will post up a picture of the modified bracket as soon as I can. But away for a week at the essex tattoo expo working as artist there so not sure I will get it on here in time. The eBay listing finishes in 10 days but thinking about it there is some detailed and close up pictures on there is anyone wanted to have a look.
  5. I bought this a year ago with the intention of fitting to my car but never got around to doing it. Having started a new business I have decided to sell it and start my Forced Induction dream another time. For sale is : The full HKS SC kit, (nothing missing) this fitted with the provided NKS F-CON piggyback and the extra APS injectors will work fantasticly. The kit includes the Full NKS kit sold as per the manafactorer and will fit both the 03 and 06 upwards cars as has been fabricated to do so. Also included are 6x APS 440cc injectors that will fit both models of engine that the 350z came in. There is a fuel rail included that just needs welding up if thats a route you wanted to go down. But this is not something the HKS kit needs just a extra. Brand new boxed Walbro 255ltr/hr fuel pump and the old pump sold with kit also. As you can see the HKS bracket has been modded and wielded so it will fit on a facelift 06 car as well as the 03. When i went to collect this kit i took my friend from TDI south in thurrock essex who deals in HKS parts and he checked that every part, bolt and bracket was included. Of course i cant guranetee this in the sale but we checked against the original fitting instructions that can be downloaded online. He also checked the quality of the work undertaken to the braket so it fits both models of car and he was very happy with the strength of the bracket and the quality of work/ welds / metal used etc. I bought this of a fellow 350z forum member and was very happy with the condition of all the parts. The kit also includes some vortex SC oil and a clean air filter. The kit has approx 2k miles on it and the belt that is included in perfect condition. The charger spins well and there is no movement or rattles (so its perfect) ENJOY £2300 ono
  6. to be honest i think go SC... I have not been in one but seen a few on my travels. I brought cookbots super charger last year but never got around to fitting it! So going to put up for sale on her very soon as its taking up space. But would love a ride in someone S/C tho.
  7. i will put the car up for sale this week and see what comes of it. Including my supercharger not fitted
  8. Why would £2k of paint add any value? It would only add value if the colour was unique and sufficiently desireable that a buyer who wanted that exact colour saw your advert. I live in the real world and know that the money spent on our cars is for our enjoyment and we should not expect it back when selling, But i do believe if the car has not got a mark or scratch anywhere on the body" its got to be worth atleast £500" more on the average selling price! as people will know that there is no work to be done NO stone chips etc etc. #I would never exspect the 2k back
  9. Ouch it hurts I know your right. was hoping the 2k worth of paint would go somewhere towards getting me 8.5k
  10. I think keep the car and fir the s/c it would be a shame to come this far and not allow the car the s/c! If things change and im willing to take the knock on the money for car (because i fancy something new) ill let you know. Oh im currently on PH looking to do a straight swap also.... Love the idea of just swapping the car saving me the hassle of selling and buying etc. Has anyone done that>?
  11. wow.... better off keeping it in the garage and just getting another toy then.
  12. This is the old thread of the charger i brought viewtopic.php?f=32&t=50500 all the same apart from the fuel rail that needs welding i brought off him. And it has about 1.5k miles worth of use.
  13. Thanks for answers guys... Yea I have seen them priced from 9k-7.5 where i am which is mad. I think £8.5k would be about right. I know you dont really get back what you spend but a £800 service, pricey exhaust £250 referb wheels, £2k paint job and the protection detail has to be worth something to someone I will think about throwing the supercharger in aswell (not fitted) for 2k And see what i get back. Looking to sell when ever.. not in need of money. Just got itchy feet and im dangerous when i have a week off work i buy random things
  14. There was no damage just light scratches from cats walking on car and also people opening doors on car, stone chips and a bit of oxidised paint on lip of bonnet etc. The guy i brought it off had 5 cars £80,000 type of cars and used used the Z for the gym in centre of london because didnt want to scratch his other big money cars so funny! So when i got it i thought why not just get eveything done inc black front lip and door handles sprayed also. TOP JOB And i have OCD for things looking mint!
  15. Give it to me! If you forgot you had it you'll never miss it! LOL, you give me £2200 and its all yours buddy
  16. Thats where i spend all my time Just interested what you peeps think? Ebay you never really know what sold for9 as some sold off site) . And Auto trader well there is nothing that similar on there in area etc. Obviously its worth what someone will pay> just wondering what everyone thought should put up for?
  17. Hey peeps I have a week off and I was sitting in my lounge looking out at my car under cover this winter thinking " i have only driven that about 50 miles this year" the rest of the time i just start it up and keep it clean. I love it but its madness to keep her as I dont have the time to enjoy her. i would be interested to see what you think in the current markert I should put her up for? A few facts: 2003 GT Uk spec Mint Rays Lots of tread on tyres Discs and pads new before i brought in 2002 Re-spray hole car, including bumper tuck and even underneath of bonnet Mint interior leather not worn and no marks anywhere on plastics 3300 miles full service history a nissan And then a TDI last year had a P3 with hks parts. Inc hks plugs. New belts, Braided lines, Panel filter, Gear box oil etc. Power enterprise super sonic exhaust, machine polished. Car was treated to a £200 protection detail after spray job and is only cleaned by http://concorsodetail.co.uk/
  18. This is the first time i have had a chance to look on the forum Love this place. Just sad i never get the chance to play with my Z. I even forgot i had brought this superchager and its sitting in my loft Now thats when you know its time to sell up i guess. I have not even driven 50 miles in my Z this year. So ill never get around to fitting the supercharger.
