  1. Absolutely Dan. You really are getting superb value for money here....

Site called Click on tyres mate. Found them thru google and rang the bloke up - he seems to be in competition with Camskill. It was a tad cheaper than camskill but camskill didn't have any stock for 4-6 weeks.....Their main tyre is the Vred's...

    Cheers

  2. Just had these fitted all round and well impressed after a few hours driving.

Earlier this year I fitted some budget tyres at the back to get thru the mot as short of cash, whilst still running bridgestones at the front, albeit on quite low tread....biggest mistake of my short driving experience...

Got quite a good deal from the net, £550 delivered.

Have been throwing it into corners really harsh tonight and can say i have my confidence back from when i first bought the car.

    Happy days.

  3. Evening people

Just got back home and found the car filthy and covered in bird sh*t. Gave it a quick wash and noticed after drying the hazey look which almost looks damanged. Worst of all its on the bonnet which was resprayed not too long ago.

From your experience have I got a chance of getting it out with a bit of correction, got some megs compound which is quite good and a buffer machine (never really tried it out) or am I wasting my time?

    Cheers

  4. Hi,

Wondering if any of you have heard about wiring in the Nissan Juke Sat nav system into the 350z? Someone I know can get the unit and wire it all up but I don't know at this stage if it will work with the Bose. Anyone know?

The unit is meant to be the Dogs B*llocks and can be got very cheaply!

I currently only have the cd / radio system in my facelift zed, the space for the Sat Nav is empty with the pull down catch.

    Cheers

    Dave

  5. things are finally moving.....cars going in next monday for full bumper, wing and bonnet respray, and not paying a penny :yahoo: You don't ask, you don't get.......Maybe she'll clip my back bumper next time

  6. I hear the door bell go at 9am yesterday, just about to leave for work and my downstair neighbour is at the door.

" My mrs has hit your car as she was getting out her bay" - WTF??. I tell him ok I'll sort it later.

Got out and the front bumper is scratched to bits, massive dints and wing has popped out, the headlight washer that comes out is hanging out and looks kaput.....Gutted!

Going in some garage tomorrow to strip down for a quote on his instructions....I've already been for a quote and min £400 plus vat, though he said if the pump for the jet washer is fooked then 561 plus vat......

On a good point, the front bumper was completely full of stone chips, one in particular was massive which i was gonna get sorted anyway - so all being well i'll get it sorted for free......Still, for now, I can't look at her without feeling sick.

    Rrrrrrrrrr

  7. Had trouble with the seal when first bought (2nd hand) water leaking both windows quite heavily. All repaired under warranty. Bit of a shitter getting in and closing doors in this weather but us northerners are getting the worst of it...Can't wait for the summer to come, roof down, exhaust growling and bose sound... :teeth:
