  1. Nice pics bringing back fond memories.First car i ever owned after a lot of motorbikes was a scimitar se5A, as a 20 year old.Remember passing my car test and mother saying oh well done you can get yourself a nice little mini!! Went to Curborough a few years on the trot for the meets.Think the car to beat at the time was the green meanie another se5a.Who was the dealer on the Wirral who i used to get all my spares from? is he still on the go?

Good deal on paper but 4000 miles and 2 owners doesn't fill you with confidence.

Whats the problem with low mileage? you will probably find a lot like this as they tend to be a second car to a lot of people and only get used on a weekend,as i found when i bought my 350Z 2 years ago.

  3. Many thanks for that link, looks like i am only missing the 2 pipe sections that fit the bottle then. Like the idea of a proper space saver spare wheel though, will have to look into that idea as i think once you have used the gunge in your tyre it has too be replaced?

  4. Having just bought my 370Z, think there may be some items missing from under the boot carpet storage area? Any chance someone could post me a picture with carpet removed of what should be in the polystyrene cutouts? Should it come with a jack? The gunge bottle is not sealed in a bag? there are no tubes for connecting to a tyre with the gunge? Thanks for any forthcoming replies.

  5. Handbook says to get the engine up to temp then allow a good few minutes for the hot oil to settle back down before checking level. Think if you do it cold the oil is thicker and drags up the tube as you raise the dipstick spoiling the true reading.
