I've been ringing a few places locally and most are look for £15 a tyre for fitting but still comes out cheaper buying the Falkens from camskill and paying more for fitting than getting a garage to supply them with fitting.
Looks like total will be £650 for a new set and fitting of falkens on nismo's.
One question I do have, which I accept isa stupid question but just want to check is how are the types shipped? I.E. size wise as will need to be able to fit them in the Z to get them to the garage.

After taking a few pics i tried to drive out of the driveway and up the street.... didnt get very far in a straight line 
Had to admit defeat and bring the car back to the driveway. Next doors kids were amused at all the sideways sliding tho 
Unlucky Andy although you almost lost your pads as I was in to see CS on saturday as well and need new rear ones. I managed to rough the weather, just have to remember to clear your side window as you spend half your time looking through it rather than head on.

For sale is my my 07 bulge bonnet which was originally purchased from Leon at ERP Racing.
Its been on the car since Feb and has only just been removed.
In excellent condition still and definitely a head turner.
Looking to sell the car so the original bonnet has gone back on.
Looking for £420 if someone wants to pick it up, alternatively purchaser can organise pick up by a courier of their choice.

Car condition:
Last service performed 1k miles ago which included new engine belts and new front break pads and disc (Yellow stuff pads and grooved discs).
For a car of this age and mileage there's the standard stone chips located on the front bumper/wings and some on the bonnet.
Unfortunately there's a couple of light car park scrapes, one on the passenger side front bumper, and another on the passenger side rear bumper. I've taken pics to show them as best I could and wanting to be open and honest to anyone wanting to view the car.

Hey guys I've unfortunately come to the conclusion that by the end of the year I'll need to sell my Z as the looming need to purchase a house/flat is getting ever greater.
So before I start the whole selling route I'd get some input on a couple of things first.
Firstly Alloys. I currently have the Nismo LMGT alloys on my Z but unfortunately the front to are lightly curbed and there's the odd other mark but nothing to major. Now do I just sell the car with slightly scuffed alloys or suffer the costs of getting them refurbed (AND if so roughly how much would they cost given the relatively low level of damage).
Secondly body work. Again unfortunately and through no fault of my own I've had a couple of car park scrapes which have left some paitwork damage on the front and rear passenger side bumpers. Again not deep damage but certainly noticeable. Add to this there's the typical spread of stone chips on the front bumper and the odd one on the front wings. So again is it worth the costs of having it all resprayed or do people think i'll be better off selling as is and leaving the choice of a respray to the next owner.
I understand its fairly subjective and kinda depends on what I want to sell the car for so small summary fo the car. 54plate azure GT pack, with the nismo alloys and exhaust. c42k mileage with full service history and parking sensors. Just had new front discs/pads.
All thoughts are welcome.

I've not checked but doubt there's an easy 'vinyl wrap' option in the modifications section to choose?

Yeah i looked at transfering them over but noticed there weren't any holes for them.
The issue I'm having is that the bonnet is rubbing on the paintwork at the very front. (admitedly its far back from the front of the bumper but still nice to know it wasn't rubbing it away and leaving a mark)
Anyone got any tips on how to stop it without drilling into my bonnet cause knowing my luck (and skill level) i'd end up with a ventilated bonnet without aiming for one.

Hi guys has anyone got a set or know where to get a set of rubber cushions they you attached to the underside of your bonnet.
I've got a CF one and missing those bits and would like to add them to it.

Ive been playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 for the last few days and i have to say im very impressed with it so far. Even tho its not finished it feels really nice to play and the format is excellent, just like the other games in the series. Only downsides to it are things that are on list to be changed. The lack of prone tho is a very strange choice by the designers. Have unlocked everything on all classes and am at rank 11 which is the highest you can get on beta. Was playing Call of duty before hand, 5th time prestiege but you cant compare thee two games, ones a war type sim and the other is a pick it up/put it down shooter.
BFBC2 is quality. Admitedly there's some balancing issue to sort out with guns and the hit recognition is still a bit iffy me thinks.
Considering there's only one map on the Beta i'm still not bored of it after a week of solidly playing it.
The prone issue I'm not to concerned with as I never used it before anyway and guess it just stops the dolphin divers.

i played it for a week solid i think maybe verged onto the second week, fortunately on that second week i got my lapto and have barely used the desktop since. thank god!! i wont go back to it now. its just not worth it for something you gain nothing tangible for i'd rather spend my time polishing an exhaust, sad as it sounds...i never really got into it
Same with me really, never been even remotely interested in it. Guess thats what you get being brought up with Unreal tournament and Quake games

Yeah, I had a similar situation down the road as i was showing 30 miles left although knew home was only 10 miles or so at that point and could make it comfortably.
However filling up did hit the wallet quite a bit.

the lobby system is a tad annoying in the fact it will join a game of RANDOM rank
also it very rarely finds a game that has 15 sec left of the intermission allowing you to asses the 5 level 70 players and bail on it, most of the time it just throws you straight into one and you have no idea whos in there untill you die very often.
also you cant specify any search criteria beyond game type. and you cant set up your own public game. suppose you always get a game within 15 seconds though
even if you do get absolutely trounced.oh i am cack at it though
gives me eye strain, headache and feel dizzy after a while

You just end up being kicked around from lobby to lobby, or it just sits on finding other players...... seriously with thousands of people playing you think they'd find 1 person playing Domination.
Add to that if the game does load the chances are one of your mates will be kicked randomly before the map loads so you all have to leave and start again.
I've got a lobby screen as my desktop at the moment purely casue its the one thing I see most often on my PC.
i feel your pain m8, the pc version is a complete joke, IW patched it twice in 3 days and it's still no better, gave up trying to play it, for the reasons u have stated plus the crappy lag and way way way too many hackers/aimbots/wallhacks/texture hacks (been patched three times and still hacked again in about 10 minutes) and hacked hosts with modded games using pirated versions that can rank u to 70 level 10 prestige or give u minus points per kill so u could go straight back to level 1 again
BF:bad company 2 does look good tho but read there's no going prone but we have leaning n crouching
Yeah I feel your pain.
The haxors are stupid and when people started using the care package clitch I just kept going on a right rampage through the chat in the game. Playing the other night against a guy with an aim bot on who sat in some grass and periodically held down fire and his gunwould flick to you then automatically onto someone else. He obviously ended up with chopper gunner which also had it. Also had bit of a rampage at him.
BFBC:2 will no doubt be buggy as all new EA/BF games are but punk buster is usually good at stopping people from being tards albeit PB can be a bit harsh on letting you play.
Not heard about not going prone, and I thought that leaning was only on console version. Prone thing not an issue for me as only really crouch, plsu the big issue with BF2 were the dolphin divers so maybe its an attempt to cut that out.
Anyway its 5pm today for the Beta to be downloaded so we'll see what its actually going to be like.

Luckily the garage i'm looking at getting the fitting done is just round the corner from work so should be able to get a mate to drop them off with a more 'normal' sized car.
