Afternoon..... Just posted in bodywork to see if any answers could be found in there, but basically after a long run with the car, the plastic gaurd that sits under the driver and passanger has come away and dragged on the floor for some miles, and really could do with a new one. Anybody got any ideas where the hell to get one from ???? Cheers guys Southers

That sounds like it could be a plan, I guess that with help I would like to do them myself. Ive just checked on google maps and im about 19 miles from you, so I may well take you up on that offer, however, working out when is slightly more difficult. There is a garage near me that has said 80 pounds, and they have done work on my car already, but I was slightly annoyed as they said the pads would be in for the day I got my service done, thus not encuring any more labour charges, but they didnt turn up, meaning I would have to take it in another time, meaning more labour costs I shall search around, Leicester might be a bi far to travel though I think

Cheers buddy, Just phoned them and they said that it would be 180 odd quid for the four encluding cleaning the calipiers. Not sure if its a good price or not, 65 pound an hour labour?? Si

Good evening 350z, I was pretty much in your shoes up to a few days ago. I bought my 54 zed after much saving and loved the bose but wanted to connect my iPhone rather than having the cd changer full and loads of cd's lying around. I did have for a time a pretty good fm transmitter that I got from halfruads, it charged the iphone as well so it was an added bonus for me really. But I just got annoyed with it and did as the others here are suggesting and got a new double din unit put in. I opted for the pioneer AVIC-F310BT, which I am very pleased with, although it took some time to fit properly and the facia had to be made on the day as the unit is still pretty new, but I love it now, and defo dont regret having it put in. I was thinking about rubber because I tend to carry alot of stuff around with me and I travel quite a bit, so added protection for the carpet underneath, although that isnt in that good a condition so would be thinking aobut replacing that. I'll check ebay for a carpet matt, how much is about right for one do you know? Si

Evenin' all, Im looking for a replacement passenger air vent. Its hard to explain it without sounding stupid, but the airvent that has three bits to it and spins round. One of the three bits has broken off, its either the top or bottom depending what way round you have it. Also if anyone has come across a rubber boot mat that actually fits, and doesnt come from Nissan that charge the earth! Any help would be great! Si
