  1. I have those knocking around: ***2 sets of 30mm spacers*** - 1 SET ONLY LEFT - My apologies guys but I'v made a ****-up... those are 25 mm spacers although I did buy them as 30 mm but never checked it, once got them put them on the car - that's why I could never understand why problems with 30 mm if I never had any... all interested parties you'll have a PM soon - SORRY! and set of TANABE SUSTEC PRO spacers - £70 delivered per set coilies - £250 - preferred collection but can organise delivery
  2. I think that's probably why Bob didn't fit them... I spoke to few friends and they have the same problem??? I don't get it... get rid of the plastic pegs and replace them with 'springy' metal ones? simple and quick or just glue the buggers...
  3. Shaun, It's Magnus here - Bob's in hospital at the moment but I'll try to help you as much as I can. Can you possibly send me a picture of that cap inside (with all the pegs showing) - what is the diameter of the cap and the wheel?
  4. in case if anyone wanders what fuse I was talking about... and the fuse itself: crappy phone so excuse the close-up but at least you'll have the idea. you can just see the wire across the fuse - it's connected to the original ESP switch in the car - that way when I flick it the entire thing shuts down
  5. dude.... that's not ideal... I don't know what to say, you have same wheels on the front and back then? try to file off the caps a bit, I just checked my wheels and the difference is about 2mm between front wheel and rear, don't ask me why...
  6. on fleebay now: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 500wt_1180
  7. right, here's what you do: * switch the car off - obvious * in the engine compartment find fuses - next to the battery * locate the ABS and TC fuse - big, multi-fuse thing in PINK * if you take the whole thing out your car won't star * in that multi-fuse there's 3 large ones and 2 small ones - you need to disable the outer large one * job done I suggest you do that by running wires and switch to the dashboard so you can switch it on and off whenever you wish. To activate ABS and TC again you need to switch the car off, connect the fuse and then start the engine I don't need to tell you it's not a good idea to do it on public roads right? For track use only
  8. hold on few minutes boys, i'll explain how it's done
  9. yeah, I just had a look and the wider rims have a slightly wider openning you might have to take that ring out and file off a bit of those teeth - it's just a 2mm difference in diameter or so...
  10. yeah - exhaust is identical so no probs there, coilies were 950USD so I guess 400 squid?
  11. absolutely right Mike - K1 is 350 (and you can get it from us ) but you need a y-pipe and that's another 190 - this one ain't pretty but it is complete... never mind, I just need it gone
  12. I know the rear ones were with the metal ring to fit the wheels with bigger offset - apparently the centre was a bit different. try to fit them without the ring
  13. boys and girls, we are moving entire business home and need more room in my garage and we could use some extra dinheros so the following items are up for grabs: *OEM '08 complete suspension - 0 miles - it was taken off on delivery day, not sure about the price so please pm me *standard exhaust - complete, done about 3k miles - I've seen one on forum for £100 - sounds right to me *TANABE SUSTEC PRO coilies - still on the car and I'll take them off when sold , this has to be one of the most comfortable coilies ever, very progressive and super composed, flat through corners but never harsh, back end very easy to control, done about 5k miles * custom exhaust - please check my other post: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=27898 pictures will follow on Saturday when I finally get out of bed...
  14. sound! pm me and I'll send you p-pal
  15. I'm sure I got videos of it in action somewhere... I remember nice tunnel run few months back, I'll post is as soon as I find it. and yeah, you were right, it's far too pricey - let's say 350 delivered - any takers?
  16. your's whenever you want them bud - 30 delivered?
  17. hmmm... if it's too pricey then it's a start for negotiations right? yeah, I wish we've done it as a dual but we followed rather wrong advice you see about messing about with back pressure etc... next one should be interesting. as for tyres - those are 235/45/17 wrapped on gun metal RAYS, at the moment on our 350 but if you want them so bad...
  18. not for the faint hearted - on a start up this thing wakes up half of my village, anything above 3k rpm it starts to scream and by the time you're at 5k rpm it's a high pitch scream that simply is... the sweetest thing I've ever heard!!! sadly it has to go as even wilder replacement is being made. single box in the middle and... that's it! all stainless steel tig welded. Perfect fit and very light. offside tip is a bit wonky... I'm looking for £450 with delivery included
  19. not a bad idea... once we have CF wheels on sale it would be a nice finishing touch...
  20. Ladies and Gents, This is 2nd time we are going to introduce ourselves, first time was a bit unlucky, we went through a difficult times but we are back although in a smaller package - only 2 people actively involved at the moment. We used to specialise in CF fabric distribution but I was always a petrol head and always wanted to be more involved in production and design especially that I have about 2000 ideas per second... so here we are. Apart from fabrics distribution we will introduce the following parts for 350Z: *bonnet in various designs - OEM to start with *front wings - OEM and with side vents *front lip and bumper *rear bumper *rear hatch *rear spoiler *engine covers *CF induction kits *interior panels - console, door panels and more... *CF bucket seats on the mechanical side we will offer: *CARBONETIC clutch and flywheel kits and diffs *coilovers *brakes *exhausts all the above will not be the usual suspects, we will try to sell products that have at least some of carbon fibre incorporated and we will always have something different. You have to be patient though -we are just staring but we will work hard. As we work on all the new products we want to introduce our first service - carbon wrapping (we need to start somewhere). It's just that I've noticed plenty of you would buy 'stick on' covers for mirrors and interior - I'll start another thread that compares various parts - paying a fortune for them yet the effects are not what you would expect. I'll explain everything in this coming thread - for now I just wanted to say hello. Any questions - fire away! Bob
  21. pics as promissed, bit fuzzy I know... 2 caps are for the rear wheels and 2 for the front, came from 18" black GTRs 7 and 9 wide as far as I can remember, never fitted them, I kinda liked it that way
  22. YEP! GOT THEM! pics to follow
  23. funny enough... I think I got a set of 4 somewhere in the garage... let me dig'em out, I'm sure they are still in original wrap...
  24. it is RWD right? that's gotta be a perfect school run on a rainy day... kids will go: 'my mum's real stig you know!' nice....
