  1. alright guys, Just wondering if anyone on here has a HKS and how loud is it? Looking at buying a 350z with one already on it but as i do a fair amount of motorway miles i dont want it to annoy me tooo much.
  2. Great right u! Brings back the memories of when i was ther 2 months ago. Sadly i didnt drive but went in a friends track preped elise (and celica GT4). Would highly recommend the pistenklause restaurant, just like everyone else on here i sampled the amazing steak cooked on a hot stone. Personally i would always recommend traction control when on the track. After spinning in the elise at 40mph (slightly wet) it just shows how the levels of grip can vary soo much. luckely we didnt even go off the track but definatly a brown pants moment. Just thought that i mentioned we did a 8min 20 sec lap in the GT4 which personally i didnt think was too bad considering it w as our first time to the ring (and 3rd lap) Definatly worth the trip, and the roads around the ring are just as amazing. Highly recommended!
  3. glad toi see im not the only one that has been hiding!
  4. Coventry gives it away a little. (plus i know a couple of people that work there) Used to work at Nissan Technical Centre Europe down near MK so might try to get in touch with some old collegues in the warranty dept. hahaha
  5. haha im going to take a guess at Jag/Landrover??
  6. I have been a member for of the forum for quite a few months now and thought it was time to officially introduce myself. My name is Matt and im currently living in Crewe, but have moved up here as im now working for Bentley. Orginally im from Ipswich so i seem to spend most of my time traveling between the 2 as my girlfriend still lives down there. Since may i have been reading posts whilst occasionally looking in the 'for sale' section drewling over the cars for sale along with keeping an eye on both piston heads and autorader. At the time i was just torturing myself as my current insurance company (privlidge) wouldnt insure me as im 23 no matter how much money i threw their way! thankfully that policy has now run out and i am in a position to buy, its just a case of finding the right one! GT in either Blue or Black, but it would appear that everyone I inquire about sells within minutes! Think i need to get in the game as i need one on my drive! No doubt i shall be getting to know a few of you a bit more when i get the car as i aim to take it to trackdays / meets / events. Matt
